Dr. Rachamalla was referred to me by a friends's doctor. I also found out that many people I know in the medical field refer their friends and family to this doctor in the Poughkeepsie area. My husband and friend have both been to appointments for support and they both felt she was a good doctor.

Worst bedside manor ever. Don't waste your time with this woman, she is rude and has zero compassion for what her patients are going through. Google could diagnose better than this woman.

I saw Dr. R twice. She shows no emotion, and is awkward to be around She ridiculed my holistic approach to health, and when I was scheduling my next appt, she told me I'd see the physician's assistant the next time, so that SHE could see MORE patients. I felt like a number and her office is purely business for profit. I will not go back and would advise you to keep looking as well!

I was recommended to Dr.Rachamalla by my insurance company. When I got to the office she did not know why I was there dispite the fact that my previous doctor sent over my records. Cancer is not a joke. She was so angry that she did not have my records that she verbally attacked the young woman at the front desk named Jessica. She was screaming at her and threatening to fire her. She called her incompetant and a moron. She then went into the lab and attacked that person working there. I have never seen a doctor treat a person as horriblly as this woman treats her employees. This concerns me because an unhappy employee is not going to try and do an exceptional job. This is my life and a doctor as miserable as Dr. Rachamalla can not possibly care for me. She is a scary lady and if you have cancer go somewhere else. Trust me.
