Very professional, he sits with you and talk about your health and concerns! He actually listen to you! The front desk ladies are very sweet and friendly! Dr. Moncayo schedule is very flexible to accommodate all of their patients! From now on he's our family practitioner, I will recommend him to friends and family!

My only complaint - they took nearly 2 weeks to follow-up with lab results.

I began seeing Dr. Rafael Moncayo a few months ago and it's been a very pleasant experience. The wait time is short, scheduling an appointment (even same day) is very easy and he works in a clean and professional environment. He actually takes his time with every visit and answers every question. He's never rushed me out of his office as other doctors have and he is very professional and curteous. Most people won't give a rating unless they had a bad experience but he has been such a great doctor thus far and I felt I needed to give a review. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a PCP.

Dr Moncayo I went to the clinic and he is no longer there someone at the office told me his contract was up. If anyone knows where is he working please post it on this page. Lots of his patients are trying to find him.Thank you
