Very Great Dr.

Really bad experience my waiting time was 5 hours just to see the Dr I will n ever recommend this Dr and His staff was worst with a really bad and unprofessional manners.....

He is a kind-hearted doctor, but the wait time is horrendous. I saw a nurse and it was an additional two hours in the waiting room. But, his staff discovered I have allergies and gave me great medication for pink eye (it was my second time visiting a doctor for pink eye). I would recommend him, if you have the patience.

This is the first time I ever write a review. The fact that I have come this far is too show how displeased I am with this clinic and the doctor. I have been there three times in the last couple of months. Each time I left the office smoking mad. You might ask why I continued to return. The second time it was because I felt that I needed to give them a second chance. I ended up getting blood work done, so I was compelled to visit a third time for my results. I honestly don't even know where to start. Let's start with the staff. Wow are they rude. The girls working behind the window won't even acknowledge you. If you ask them a question, they make you feel like you are wasting their valuable time (which it seems that they are frequently sitting around just talking). Secondly, they will easily snap at you. I went up to one of them because it was already 11:30 and I had an appointment at 10. The chick snapped at me and rudely told me that it was MY responsibility to have told her that I… had an appointment when I walked in. I'm sorry, but if you are working in a clinic a big part of your job is to be courteous and to make your patients feels at ease. You are there to help people not treat them like crap. I must say though there are about 2 of them that are complete sweethearts. To them I say thank you and continue the good work. Alright, here comes the worst part of this office: the wait. I have never been there and waited less that 3 and a half hours. Who in the world has 3 and a half hours of their day to waste?! I have waited up to 4 and a half hours before. I recently went in to have my blood results read to me. Again, I waited almost four hours. It wasn't until I got up and got ready to leave that they call in the doctor. He came in, I kid you not, he took less than three minutes to read me my results and sent me on my way. I don't know about you, but I thought this was absolutely ludicrous. Let's move on to the third issue at hand, the doctors. They are so inefficient. After having to wait for about an hour or two after the nurse has weighed you and all that jazz, they send in one doctor. She comes in and asks you all these questions, then leaves. At this point, you are like cool I've seen the doc she will give me a prescription and I'm done. WRONG! You have to wait a couple of more hours for the real doctor to come, so that HE can come in and ask you the exact same questions the first lady did. The first time I thought this was somehow a silly mistake the doctors made, NOPE! It happens each time I go. The first doctor doesn't do anything, so why is this even a step in their consult process? It is a complete waste of time. Continuing on the doctors, I have often questioned their medical degrees. One of them seems like she doesn't know much. The doctor, because he has twenty million people to tend to at once, doesn't really give each patient the time and attention they need. If they did things by appointment, things would be much more efficient, but more patients = more money. I'm done ranting. In the end, I say think twice before going here.

This is by far, the worst doctors office I have ever visited. The staff hardly knows their own legal procedures and they don't know how to make the patients feel welcomed. They take you back to one of the rooms and leave you there waiting. We came for a vaccine and they had us waiting for more than 45 minutes while they "went for the vaccine". This is ridiculous. All they care about is if you are paying cash or with some type of insurance. She seemed to be ready to get the vaccine over with, but once we mentioned insurance, they had to leave and ask the doctor who knows what, and have not come ever since. Like I previously mentioned, we have been waiting for over 45 minutes. I will never come back here.

There are not many doctors like Dr.Valdez who care for your well being who is straight foward, who is interested in making you well, every medical office has their ups and downs as far as organization but what matters to me is that the doctos knows how to diagnoses my health problem and find a solution to get me well. i will continue with Dr. Valdez no matter the comments....no office is perfect.

WE CALLED THIS OFFICE SINCE 9:00A WHICH THEY SUPP. TO BE OPEN, WE HAD A QUESTION IN REFERENCE OF MY MOM'S MEDICAL CONDITION. IT IS 10:45 AND THE CALLS R GOING STRAIGHT TO ANS. SERV. DR VALDEZ WHAT KIND OF BUS. IS THIS?? POOR MANAGEMENT );

This is by far the worst clinic I have ever been to. Staff is rude, and don't help patients in the order they arrive. Staff arrives at the hour they are supposed to open. Very disappointed with this place.

Dr. Valdez is a great doctor very profession and dedicated to his patients. As for his staff great team, they are professional and very caring staff.

Dr. Rafael Valdez is everything a doctor should be and more. He is sharp, friendly, caring, clinical, methodical, passionate about his profession, and takes the time to listen to the concerns of his patients! His office is open 7 days a week, which is extraordinarily convenient and virtually unheard of. He also accepts walk-ins. My mom is very happy with him as her PCP. Houston needs (a lot)more REAL doctors like him!
