I have called your office trying to get a medication refilled .i was put on hold for 10 min. When some one finally ans. the told me they would connect with nurse and i waited 15 min. And finally hung . totally unacceptable. We are seriously considering change In dr. We are very satisfied with the dr. It is his staff that is terrible

Has no clue what he is talking about.He is quick to refer you out the door.Have gone to the er, than to go to his office. Long waits in waiting room, quick in the examining room. He is too comfortable in his position that he no longer cares for his patients.
