Dr. Raja S Gill has the following 2 specialties
A psychiatrist is a doctor with specific training in the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness.
He or she can not only provide the counseling necessary to both diagnose and treat a patient, but can also prescribe medication when needed. In some cases, a psychiatrist will only provide the medication and the counseling will be provided by another healthcare specialist, like a certified counselor or psychologist.
Like other doctors, psychiatrists employ diagnostic tools like CT scans and MRI in order to observe the structure and function of a patient's brain.
Once a diagnosis is made, these specialists may use behavior or cognitive therapy in order to address the patient's condition, or a multitude of other types of therapy, in conjunction with or in place of medication.
A neurologist is a physician who diagnoses and treats disorders of the nervous system which is comprised of the brain, spinal cord and nerves. These doctors do not perform surgery, but refer patients to neurological surgeons when they determine that surgical intervention is necessary.
Some of the conditions that neurologists diagnose and treat are epilepsy, aneurysms, hydrocephalus, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke, spinal disc herniation, and spinal disease.
In addition to using diagnostic tests like MRI, CT scans, EEG and EMG, neurologists also employ neurological testing to gauge muscle strength and movement, balance, reflexes, sensation, memory, speech, and other cognitive abilities.

I was under Dr Gill's "care" on an inpatient ward recently. Dr Gill forced me to change medication against my will by threatening to delay my discharge. (The medication he forced on me had terrible side effects) .I told him that I did not to make changes to my meds until I spoke to my own Dr. He took no time in getting to know my history besides reading my file. He was like a little boy with a chemistry set who wanted see what he could do . At the risk of my health and well being He has no vested interested in the after care of people unfortunate enough to cross paths with him. He is a bully and his behavior is reckless . Tread carefully when dealing with him . He does not like to be defied. (For the record I did not see him in an office as I believe he is strictly a staff physician.)
I schedule an appointment and waited for 2 month. 3 hour to my appointments his assistant called me and she said That the doctor has to cancel your appointment ,she was really rude and didn't even apologize for that.i'm in very bad situation and don't have my medication and have to go to emergency room or s.th , cause i count on this appointment. They don't care about you they just care about the money you bring in . If you cancel your appointment within 3 hours you have to pay but not the same for them!
My attempts at dealing with this psychiatrist are some of the most infuriating experiences I've had in my life. I began seeing him and he provided me with samples of anti-depressants to see if it would be a good fit. Of course, he started me on a regime, and when the time came for my follow-up appointment (when I would receive my prescription for said medication), he cancelled THREE APPOINTMENTS IN A ROW. Two of them with less than 24 hours' notice. This wouldn't have been a huge deal if I wasn't in need of the medication. The nice folks at his office were eventually able to get me my prescription, but, of course, Dr. Gill didn't contact my insurance company to make the necessary recommendations, so my order has been pending for another 10 days. I've been on the phone all day with my insurance company, the receptionist at Dr. Gill's office and Walgreens trying to work this out. I still don't have it. As a professional whose job it is to ensure mental stability, he's coming dangerously close to driving me out of my mind.
