I had surgery with Dr. Patel, I felt very supported by him and his team, his staff is very professiona. I felt really safe being in the hands of Dr. Patel, I know thanks to him I will have a quick recovery and be able back to go back to work as soon as possible. Thank you Dr. Patel ????

I came to Dr. Patel for a second opinion and SO glad I did so! He gave me great advice based on my past experience and was very comforting throughout the whole process. My knee is in excellent shape thanks to you Dr Patel!

I visited Dr. Patel for the pain in my shoulder. It took him three hours after my appointment time for him to see me. After one hour I complained. I was told he is putting a cast on a patient. After two hours I complained they send he is in his office, not answering his messages, and not answering when knocking on his door. He spend less than five minutes without any real examination. Recommended MRI. On next appointment it took him 2 hours to see me for five minutes, and was not able to explain the problem clearly, or make any real recommendation. After a few days I called with a question, I was transferred to his assistant who never called me back. After a while that my shoulders got worse I called to get a copy of my MRI, left a message, nobody called me back. After two days of not hearing from them I called, and very aggressive explained to the rude receptionist that I am in pain, and I need a copy of the MRI to go to another doctor. That was the time they faxed the report to me,… along side with another patient workers compensation report!! I will NEVER ever go back to him, and will NOT recommend him.

I went to Dr. Patel with a badly broken shoulder. I'd seen two other doctors. One had said I needed a reverse total shoulder replacement; the other said I needed major surgery. Neither had spent much time with me. Dr. Payel spent a long time looking at my X-rays and ct scan and shoulder and asking me a ton of questions. My case was complicated by the fact that I'd broken the same shoulder 9 years earlier. Dr. Patel decided I would be fine without any surgery--just physical therapy. He was absolutely right. Now, 5 months later, I'm about 80% back to normal. He sees me every 4-6 weeks to check on my progress. He's extremely caring and knowledgeable. He's the best doctor I've ever seen.

In July, 2015, I had a complete left hip replacement and the surgery was done by Dr. Rajan M. Patel. Prior to surgery, I had not been abel to walk upright for several years. I am very thankful for his knowledge and skill in the operating room, which resulted in my full recovery.

Beware of this man. Do not let him make ANY decision regarding your healthy.

Dr. Patel is a great Orthiopaedic Surgeon he explain everything to you he well call you back when you need him his staff is very good about getting in touch with him if you need to talk to him, over all I give him a 10 my surgeon went great I am walking with know pain .

Dr Patel seems smart and on top of things, but the office staff simply isn't together. If they are a reflection of him is it worth the chance to let him operate?My story...After I got my surgery appt, my wife's father died and she had to leave town. I'd be alone with my young children on the date of the operation. But I needed the operation, so I called to find if I could reschedule for later that day, to get my kids to school in the morning. At first I was told to call back after 9:30. At 9:45 I called back and got an answering machine, saying they'd call right back. NO RESPONSE.Two and a half hours later I emailed, adding that I didn't have my pain prescription yet, and to ask if a taxi was allowed to pick me up after the operation. They emailed back. The response:They got my phone message but couldn't reschedule (so they just didn't bother to call back earlier...?).And as to my question about the missing prescription:NO RESPONSE!And to my question if a taxi was allowed to pick me… up:NO RESPONSE!Every time I called I got the answering machine again, so I emailed again, which had worked before. This time:NO RESPONSEAnd I emailed again:NO RESPONSE!But then, finally, days later the office called:Someone else cancelled so they were moving my operation up-- without even asking me. Now all the arrangements I'd made for someone to be with my kids were out the window!And as to my prescription question:NO RESPONSE!And my travel question:NO RESPONSE!And I just tried calling, and no one picked up the phone.Called one more time and was told if I couldn't reschedule for earlier they would have to reschedule for another date!!THIS OFFICE SUCKS!!!

Dr Patel is a great Doctor he went over every thing with me but in pain you just want it to stop but he was with me for every question with a answer his work is as great as it going to be he is very good at what he do.
