Excellent impression from Dr. Verma; he really listened to our long story of 20 years of bad outcomes due to neglect of husband's complaints from former doctor. He copied former doctor on appointment notes, which seemed professional to us. That doctor should know husband's health status after (lack of) treatment in past, and that is now accomplished without rancor. I would have liked a bit more info about the meds and tests we are involved in, but that is coming with the products we must use, and the amount of time we were provided In the office was truly generous and ample. Dr. Verma addressed the purpose of the gall bladder and possible complications I had read about briefly in Mayo Clinic publications without us even having to ask. That was very encoraging because we do not know much at all about this area of medicine, and had been very worried that John's gall bladder might need to be removed or be removed without proper pre-tests, and we certainly would not be aware of procedures… or tests in this area. He allowed for talk of all our questions and experiences to date.
