I was on my way to pick up the sleeping machine for my sleep study for a scheduled day and time. They didn’t call to warn me their system was down and had to find out there. I wasn’t able to continue with anything until the system was up and running, makes sense. However, I asked for a return call to schedule something and nothing for 2 weeks! Finally I had to call and the lady that usually answers was super unhelpful and rude. The doctor was nice, staff needs to apply for Walmart; it would be right up their alley as far as helpfulness and attitude. Never finished the sleep study and had to go somewhere else.

Horrible office. I would not recommend this doctors office anybody they do not care at all about their patients!!! They will cancel on you last minute barely get back to you 20 days later and then try to get your schedule appointment weeks out!!Horrible doctors office

Arrived for my appointment at 9:40. Student assistant took my blood pressure and weight. 110/70 and 237, At about 10:15. Sat in the exam room about an hour. About 11:20 to 11:25 the Doctor came in, and looked at the data I downloaded from my SD card. (His people are unable to read a Resperonics format, even though 4 months passed since they found they could not read it. It takes only a few minutes to download the application for reading the card.) The Doctor saw me for five minutes, looked at the data I brought and said I was doing fine, and would send the Doctor Notes to my provider for Medicare. Got home by 11:45. Two hours door to door, not bad. So after 18 months from my first appointment here, I am finally compliant with required Medicare standards, and elgible to receive Cpap supplies from a Medicare provider. You can take this any way you want. These are the facts.

Cancelled appointments, no support with providers, can't read SD card, said it was corrupt (it isn't). What is worse than having no doctor? At least for CPAP and sleep Apnea

I arrived for my appointment, but the office canceled all appointments, but they didn't call anyone. So I got the office to read the SD card from my CPAP machine, and they said that the card was corrupt. I knew it wasn't as I had read it on my own computer. Anyway, almost every time I have been to try to see Doctor Yelamanchili, there is some sort of foul up. Not recommended.

I had a sleep study scheduled two months out from my initial appointment. My sleep study was to be tonight Sunday May 6th @ 9:00 PM. I arrived early @ 8:40 PM. Everything was dark. I ring the doorbell over and over. No one was there. I called the answering service and explained. He said he will call the office manager, took my number, but no one called me back. I then tried calling the answering sever again, well busy signals is all I get. It's now 10: 08 PM still no phone call from the office manager. This is very unprofessional.

Had multiple visits and never had a wait time of less than an hour past my appointment time.

First off, Dr. Yelamanchili knows his medicine and science. He knows medications, symptoms, side effects, etc really well. He can recall these without getting out a handbook like other doctors do. However, there is little to no eye contact during the visit. I always ask for a copy of the progress note/dictation. On the dictation is states auscultation of my lungs, heart, and abdomen and palpitation of abdomen are clear and normal. However, the doctor or no other office staff ever touched me. He signs these documents therefore is stating they are done. HE DOES NOT KNOW MY LUNGS ARE CLEAR OR THAT MY HEART IS OK. Lies. Additionally, his office took over 2 weeks to refill an Rx to help me sleep that I take nightly. I was on the medication for 2 month, and was suppose to be on it for 3 months. It took 2 weeks. I called both the pharmacy and the doctors office multiple times and they both pointed fingers at each other. However, the doctor's nurse admitted to have had the request for five… days without calling in the order to the pharmacy. I told the nurse I am contemplating changing doctors due to lack of professionalism and the nurse responded, "Ok, that's fine." I would not recommend this doctor unless you have sleep apnea.
