Dr. Rajendra Motwani, DO

Twice in one year I've had a family member referred to this office and each time was a horrible experience. The younger female who registers the patients was super nice, the older one, Joyce, was extremely rude and hateful each time. Obviously patient care is not important to her. On both occasions where we were dealing with the fear of cancer (2 different family members, one being my 86 year old father who has dementia), instead of being understanding and helpful, she was cold and hateful. I definitely recommend seeking another place for care.

Front staff don't know what their doing. If you have an appointment with this doctor, get ready to get a phone call for it to be rescheduled. Then when you go to your rescheduled appointment, get ready to get a phone call telling you that you missed your first appointment(the one they rescheduled). Organization is highly lacking. The doctor himself is fairly good when you finally get to see him. If you have cancer or anything serious, it would be best to find somewhere else that has a more compassionate staff and a place that can tend to your needs promptly. Staff does not return phone calls or perhaps the person answering the phone does not give them their messages. Not sure if the doctor knows how is staff is operating his clinic OR if he does know and don't care.
