There are only 2 disgruntled reviews on this site. I have been a patient of this clinic for many years. They have always been punctual and professional. The staff is very friendly and always helpful when I come in for an appointment or call for my refills. I find it hard to believe that anyone had to wait 3 hours to be seen. I called this office first thing Monday morning on the recommendation of the doctor I saw at the emergency room over the weekend. I easily obtained an appt for 1:30 the same day. They took my basic information over the phone and emailed me all of the forms required to fill out before my appt. I filled them out, submitted them online, and arrived 15 minutes early for my appt. When I arrived, however, they had no appt scheduled for me. They comfirmed they had received my information, but not an appt on their books. I was originally supposed to see Dr Kader, but settled for his PA so that I could be seen today. By this point, I had already told two people that I was there as an ER follow-up. But when I got in the room, the nurse had no idea why I was there, so I again explained. Then when the PA came in, she started going through a full medical history and then asked, "So you're just here to establish a primary care doctor?" I was so frustrated by this point, but explained AGAIN why I… was there. She never bothered to access my records from the ER, and started ordering a bunch if things that I had already had done (bloodwork, etc.) I was there for a heart issue and she mentioned that I would need to get a heart monitor to wear for 24 hours and she would go and find one. She left the room and a few minutes later, the nurse came back to take me to the lab for the bloodwork. I figured it wasn't worth arguing, so I followed. Once at the lab, she told me that when I was done there, I could check out. I inquired about the heart monitor and her reply was "we don't have one," and walked away. I got my blood drawn and went to check out. I asked this lady if they would be contacting me about the monitor once they got one in and she responded, "we only have one monitor and there is a long waiting list." I had to sign up for the monitor for 3 weeks down the road! Ridiculous! Needless to say, I left this office feeling like they were nowhere near prepared for me and couldn't even accommodate a simple need. You are an internal medicine office and only have ONE heart monitor! I left and scheduled an appt at a cardiologist's office who assured me they have plenty of monitors and will have my records by the time I get there. I had one experience here, and it will be my last!

this has got to be the worst doctor I have ever seen!!! on my very first visit I waited for over 3 hours to be seen and then when he came into the room his phone rang and he said he had to go out for a minute and have his car serviced and would be right back .....didn't come back for an hour ......and I was charged for this second time .....same thing .....waited for three hours before I was seen third time went in and had the card where they had scheduled my apt and yet they had no record of it ....was never seen and was again charged he is nothing more than a crooked doctor
