If i could give them 0 stars i would .My husband was seen in office on August 13 2024.We knew the lab in house was out of network since we checked before hand. We let Dr Gibbs, front desk Emma and the lab technician Desiree Roberson know that acculabs were out of network so please send specimen to lab corps or quest since they were in network with my insurance. Everyone assured me it would be sent to the in network lab. My husband even made sure to ask right before his blood was drawn to make sure it goes to lab corps. And to our surprise we get a bill in September for over 500. We called the office and spoke to Emma and the office manager Shante Gray and she assured us the bill would be taken care of. It’s now April and we are receiving a bill for the same date of service and the office managers response was that there was nothing she can do. So if there was nothing she can do even though it was a mistake made from the office then they shouldn’t have told us that back in September2024

Absolutely horrible doctor! Doesn’t listen, threw a bunch of meds at me, barely spent time with me. It was a really awful experience.

My initial impressions of Mullins hill medical were great..kind friendly staff..welcoming environment..perhaps that's why I felt at ease with the cocktail of biomedical and thyroid medications dr Malik placed me on with very few questions..other than a brief glance at my bloodwork..long story short..these guys got my thyroid in such a dangerous place..I was so grateful to leave the practice and find suitable alternative. On the few occasions I interacted personally with Dr. Malik (often after waiting an hour in the waiting room) He was condescending, dismissive and all-around rude… I specifically asked direct questions about my health and he mocked me and said well look at you you know everything don't you?. Typical, of the patriarchy of the medical establishment that I am grateful we are phasing out of .. honest review… This guy was really disempowering… He straight up shamed me and hurt my feelings… I would not recommend this place. Even though the rest of the staff is phenomenal… ??

He is a wonderful doctor. He has a great bed side manner and really cares about his patients....

Had good past experiences... Dr was mean, discourteous, for no reason. I will not be going back, as I do not need this type of treatment. Also, I was not able to understand half what he said...heavy accent.

Dr. Malik is the first doctor I have had in 49 years that has great bed side manners, he listens to what you are telling him, he treats you with respect and not like you are just another number but most of all he spend the time with you and he is the best at diagnosing your concern. In the years I have been a patient of his I never had to return because of something he wasnt sure of or was not corrected in the first visit. He has opened my eyes to benefits of vitamins and horomonal therapy. After blood results he went over my defecentcies and started me off in therapy and I havent felt this good in years!!!!

Great experience. Dr listened, asked questions and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend (have done so, and others agree with my experience).
