But her staff leaves a lot to be desired. The secretary is exceedingly rude. Her nurse Mary has left the practice, which is a shame, because she was wonderful.

I have been seeing Dr. Uppal for about 12 years. I am very impressed with her knowledge of medicine, how she explains aspects of illness, and how she considers all possibilities. I think she is actually a terrific doctor.

Dr Upal is fabulous but her staff and their followup need some improvement.

Dr Uppal is the best doctor I have ever been to. She takes so much time and listens to everything you say and really cares. She is sympathetic and warm and I would never go to another doctor. The office staff is a different story. The receptionist, Lisa, is so nasty and condescending that I don't even want to call to make an appointment. Before you even finish your sentence, she says hold on and click. Very rude and nasty.

I love her. S he is my Dr for 15 years and she is always caring, patient and remember you one word great!!! You have to wait because she give the time to listened .

If not for her staff she would get 4 stars, But her staff just makes it a very unpleasant experience every time. They are outright rude and make you feel like you are bothering them . Especially the receptionist. I will not make any future appointments with this Dr, for that reason and I know other people who have left for the same reason.

been going to Dr Uppal For years now and find Dr Uppal to be very thourgh , and when it comes to her patients , Dr Uppal and always take the time to discusse your illness with you and make sure she does every thing she can to make you walk out feeling 100% better, Have to say in all my year with Doctors i found Dr uppal to be the best

She is a wonerful dr. Have been going to her for 25 yrs. Office staff needs better people stills.especailly on the phone. Her nurse needs has to find some kind of compassion bone in her body.(very cold for a nurse).

Dr Uppal is an amazing doctor. Never rushed, always concerned, always listens and discusses any issues i may have. i have gone to her since her inception at Docs at Shrub Oak.She is on top of her game all the time. I love this doctor and would never think of switching. Her office stall mainly receptionist, needs a class in manners. She is rude, obnoxious,and condescending consistently. Puts a patient on hld with no choice whatsoever. He nurses ar excellent. I will never use another Dr.
