Dr. Raleigh Arnold Smith, MD

no matter how much I try to get the staff to tell me prices on blood labs they couldn't do it. Then I pay to get seen and the only person who could tell me prices was the PA. They said it was lost in the office and couldn't find it for a month. Then I pay just to order my labs for the medication I need and I still have not gotten my results even though he gave me my medication. The doctor and PA are great! However something needs to change with the front desk! I cant get anyone to return my call. No one at the front desk has a clue . I have only been there 2 times and each time they never follow through with anything and mess up the billing by constantly trying to charge me for visits I don't need . I feel like Im having to pay someone to do this for me but I am the one doing it all myself . ordering labs , having to pay for a visit so I can just speak to someone with a brain to order the labs that are needed for me , What type of medication and all the time wasted in that office to get no response!!!Obviously I am upset and hopefully this will reach someone who cares and things may change . until then goodluck with this office .

Dr. Smith is the most caring doctor I have ever met. He is brilliant and knows his work. He did a colonoscopy on me and everything went smooth and I recovered quickly. Dr. Smith is one of those people that you feel as if you have known him your entire life. I totally recommend his care.

Every one of my visits I have received professional and excellent care in a timely manner. Dr. Smith and his staff are caring and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Smith.

Dr Smith is absolutely the most professional doctor in the country! If u need a surgeon I highly reccommend him!!!
