Dr. Ralph E Bennett has the following 2 specialties
A rheumatologist is a physician who has received extensive training in diagnosing and treating rheumatic conditions. Rheumatic conditions involve the joints, soft tissues, autoimmune system, vascular system, and connective tissues.
Some of the conditions that rheumatologists treat are rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout, sarcoidosis, vasculitis, and lupus. These are all conditions that involve a lot of pain and make mobility difficult. Rheumatologists use medications, such as analgesics, NSAIDs, steroids, DMARDs, infliximab, and adalimumab, as well as occupational therapy, in order to decrease pain and improve a patient's quality of life.
- Internal Medicine
An internist is a physician who focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of conditions that affect the adult population—both acute and chronic.
These doctors are often who adults see as their primary physicians because they treat a broad range of illnesses that do not require surgical or specialist interventions. They also work to help a patient maintain optimal health in order to prevent the onset of disease.
In addition to treating the common cold and flu, internists also treat chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease.

Unbelievable he must be needed to lie about people. We had an appointment and then I became sick my husband called and cancelled the appointment and then a week later he called to reschedule but he did not remember who answered the phone or the time, as we never had anything like this happened to us before , the thing is as he did not remember they wanted to charge a no show visit of 75 us if we wanted an appointment obviously I would not go to such a business man
I am not a hard sale for starters... Starting as you walk into the office, the desk staff is unfriendly and poorly mannered. Dr. Bennet was quick and did not listen to all of my history. I am not sure how he could diagnosis me properly with out getting an accurate history. In fact, he didn't give me a diagnosis, he just gave me medicine. He spent a total of less then 4 or 5 minutes in the room with me, and said come back in six weeks. I went back and had the same experience. Very disappointed with the entire experience at this office. My advice is to not waste your time or money. If you do choose to go the this office, you will be treated like you are wasting their time. Good Luck.
A prior rheumatologist diagnosed me with psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and fibromyalgia. I stopped seeing her when she ran out of treatment ideas and suggested prayer instead. So I began seeing Dr. Bennett, who at the time was listed as one of the Top Doctors in Phoenix. At first, he was phenomenal and seemed very interested in helping me to feel better. However, he consistently focused on the fibro diagnosis, and disregarded the arthritic symptoms I was experiencing. None of the meds that he prescribed were effective. After 5 years of seeing him every 3 months, paying my copay, and having him brush off my concerns, I began asking the tough questions and taking a more active part in my health. Apparently, he got offended with this and shuffled me off to his NPs on subsequent visits. Note that I do not have an issue with seeing competent NPs if a proper diagnosis has been made, and I am in maintenance mode. However, I am still searching for an accurate diagnosis of my deteriorating condition, and I expected Dr. Bennett to have an interest in that goal. Such is not the case. It seems he no longer cares for the pain his patients suffer, nor does he care to go beyond a standard "script" of tests to obtain a diagnosis. I have an appointment with a new rheumatologist, and will no longer be seeing Dr. Bennett. I once would have recommended him, but I cannot in good conscience recommend him now.
