He did surgery on me, a gall bladder removal due to acute gall bladder; my gall bladder was completely occluded with gall stones. It is a standard of care that a choleangiogram should be done during the surgery to ensure there are no stones left in the common bile duct. He did not do this x-ray, thereby leaving 3 stones in my common bile duct. I had to return to surgery in 8 days to have those removed causing me more pain and expense that was not needed. He was nice enough, just didn't feel he did the complete job.
