I am a retired Nurse with 30 years hospital experience. Both my husband and I are patients of Dr. Earp. I tell all my friends, for a PCP, go to Dr. Earp. He does have a large practice but he's a multi-tasker. He listens and types (computer), takes vitals and ask asks about primary reason for visit, then goes over routine health questions, last colonoscopy, EKG, etc. He picked up my enlarges thyroid will listening to me ramble on about signs and symptons.

I started to see Dr Earp because my previous MD was a real piece of work. I have heard good things from others and I am happy I decided to stay with him. He pays attention to patient complaints and takes time to listen.

Maybe a good doctor for straight forward ailments like a cold or a cut. Earp has no bedside manner at all, has no interest in what the patient thinks or feels, and jumps to conclusions without proper diagnostics. If you seek a doctor with whom to collaborate on your health, Earp is not a good choice.
