He has been my Doctor for quite a few years. I have try other Doctors in his field but none could compare to his services. I would refer anybody to his office for his services. His office staff is improving.

While I took him my current blood profile on every visit, he didn't notice my kidney readings until I asked about them, and didn't follow up on what he should have known was Stage III kidney failure. He's a very likeable guy, but I'm very disappointed. I'm further disappointed that I suspect a 76-year old patient doesn't get the same attention and follow-through a younger person would get.

I took myrbetriq for a while but it was so expensive!

While I felt the staff was very indifferent, Dr. Fritzch was worth the wait. I hadn't had any procedures done at this point so there haven't been any follow up visits.

Horrible. Extreme pain still a year after procedure but he can't fit me in his schedule!

The doctor is great however his staff is VERY unprofessional. I would have expected more of Olivia she is the office manager but she too is lacking service skills! It's too bad that awful staff can ruin what would have been a good experience!!! GOOD LUCK IF YOU GO TO THIS OFFICE YOU WILL NEED IT!!!!

Dr. Fritzsch was very responsive to my need for his help. I called his service on a Friday afternoon (office closes at 12pm) and he called me back within 30 minutes, went to his office to review my scans, and had me in the hospital under his care within an hour. He really took very good care of me during the emergency surgery to remove a kidney stone that night and was very informative with my family after the procedure. Dr. Fritzsch also explained my options to me before the procedure and followed up with me before releasing me the next day. What a nice change to have a doctor make me feel like he really cared about my situation! I will definitely recommend him.
