Dr. Ralph M Green, MD

I was referred to Dr. Green by Dr. "jaw surgery" Doug Knight. NOW... my dentist has been telling me that I didn't need the jaw surgery! FIRST, DO NO HARM TO YOUR PATIENTS! THANKS for the pain, misery, changed face shape, painful jaw joint, mis-aligned teeth, extreme overbite! DON'T DO THE JAW SURGERY!

I was referred to Dr Green for a tooth extraction by my endodontist. When I called for the appointment, the receiptionst was rude, rushed, transferred me to their other office who hung up on me. I called back the other office, tried to ask about antibiotics before the procedure as I was told to in their referral form, the receptionist says to call my general physician. No patience or compassion. I will not be using either office for my extraction.

Dr. Green performed surgery on my son's jaw and we have been very pleased with the results and office staff.

I've had three oral surgeries with Dr. Green at the Poplar Level office. All were professionally handled with positive outcomes.

My mother age 74 , had 6 teeth exstracted yesterday by Dr. Green and a partial put in . While giving her the shots to numb her he held her chin with two fingers and squeezed so hard , this morning she had two dark finger bruises . I am looking for an email to send the pictures to him . I am furious at the treatment , he was rushed and ignored my mothers concerns and question and now this . I am not sure how I plan to handle this matter . But I do not recommend that any one go to this man .

I had my first tooth extraction with Dr. Green and I believe he did a lazy, botched job. Not only was he rough and rushed, but the pain and swelling I experienced afterwards was unusually severe and only kept getting worse as time passed. I had to go back in and he had to do another minor or procedure to help with the pain. When I talked to my friends about their tooth extraction experiences, none of them experienced what I had. Dr. Green rushed through my procedure and unnecessarily cut up my mouth to where I had to have stitches and was severely swollen for an entire week. The pain was excruciating and the patient education was horrible. If I had know what I was getting myself into, I would have never had him do the procedure. I COMPLETELY REGRET CHOOSING DR. GREEN as my surgeon and will never ever be going back there. As a side note, and to make matters worse, his staff is rude and careless and makes you feel like an inconvenience. They also mischarged me for my procedure by adding… on expenses that I did not incur. I am furious at this overall horrible experience and lousy care. Shame on Ralph Green and his staff.
