One star is my lowest option, because if zero was an option I would have chosen that. Dr. Raman is arrogant, uncaring, and likes the sound of his own voice. He would not let me talk because he was too busy talking over me even after he asked me a question and I started to answer him. I gave up and then my husband tried, but yet again Dr. Raman would talk over him as well. My husband did ask that he was allowed to speak, but even this polite attempt to let Dr. Raman know he was being rude still did not result in him stopping his bad behavior. I have had specialists who sent me to him due to lab tests, but he totally dismisses their findings because they are automatically wrong. I have a follow up appt with him, but I'm more than likely going to do the labs he wants and have the results sent to my primary care and skip another bad experience with Dr. Raman.

I have been going to this office for 5+ years and what prompted me to speak up about this office is the difficulty to reach them by phone. Every time I call I get the same thing. It goes strait to a message explaining hours Ann's tells me to call back during regular business hours. The only problem with that is I am calling during regular business hours. For example today Wed. March, 25th the message states that the office is open from 8am till 5pm and the phone will be open from 8am till 4:30pm. It is slightly before 4pm right now. This isn't the first time I have had this issue with this office.

This is the worst place to go. Likely because they're the only Endos in this area their office staff doesn't care about what's happening, they don't record the information you give them or call back after you've called them and do not care if things end up being off. Raman is the same way. After being told in an appointment that his information was wrong because his staff apparently refused to note major details that were given to them a month prior he was unsurprised that his staff hadn't bothered to record the information and indifferent about major changes. Don't bother going here if you can help it. At least your general practitioner will remember that you're alive and give half a crap about the results of their own tests.

I have been driving 2 hours one way to seethis doctor for quite sometime. He is very attentive. I always get appointments very easily. I have never waited to be seen. He answers all my questions even tho I may not like the answers. It is not his fault I do not comply with a healthy diet. He is very good at giving me advise to live a healthy live style.

I could tell this doctor is just after everyone money and doesn't care about the patient.
