Dr. Ramon Apostol Cruz

i used to take my husban to be seen by Dr. Ramon Cruz, he always was very accurate, sensitive to patients felings, and fast resulution to the best of the patiente, apreciate all Doctor doo to my late husband.

Dr Cruz was a very rude man very sarcastic in a rude way has no bedside manner was rude to my mother belittle her made her feel insignificant made her feel like a little child would not let her talk when she was speaking when she was speaking to him he made fun of her and joked at her. he flirted with me my mother's daughter every time you came over which was very inappropriate he make gestures towards me. that were very unsettling for me he was just all around unprofessional rude parole and wouldn't listen to his patients he thought he knew everything and he didn't because my parents never got the treatment they so rightfully deserved by him so they had to go to other doctors they get treatment medical treatment!!

I met Dr. Cruz through a friend who encouraged me to use him as my dr.. Best decision I ever made. Dr. Cruz is always thorough, listens very well, & provides neccessary treatment. I have no problem understanding his English, he is in fact very well spoken.

This Dr. is the most caring and knowledgeable Dr. I know. He truely cares and trys very hard to help you. I have had bad health problems since I hit fifty and went to many, many Doctors for help. All I got was, it's in your head and dismissed. Dr. Cruz worked and worked with me to figure out what was wrong. He found how and now I have a life and can funtion again. He has gone out of his way to take care of me. He is not a pill pusher ,I will back him to heck and back if I had to. He is a GREAT Dr. and I will argue that fact with anyone.

Dr Ramon Cruz is our family doctor. He treats me, my wife and my daughter. He is a very sharp doctor. The wait outside is around 10 minutes. Then the wait inside can be up to 30 minutes. Then the doctor comes in accompanied by a female nurse who takes notes on a laptop. He is a very busy and successful doctor in Denton. He cares about his patients and remembers them. His staff are courteous and friendly. I recommend him strongly to anyone.

Great doctor in Denton Texas. Has a personal touch. Knows you by name and not by medical file number.

Dr Cruz is a very busy doctor and is trying to relieve as much time restraints for the patient as possible. How much time do really WANT to be in the doctors office anyways?? If you are ever concerned or have questions all you have to do is speak up. I have questioned him on everything. When you are raised around nurses and hospitals you hear a lot of the terminology and what it means, so anything that went against my understanding I questioned. He has always taken the time to give more details and answer my questions. He has always shown courtesy and respect to me and my family. With the current situation he is facing - I hope that all of the patients that stand behind him come forward and support him any way that they can. Dr Cruz if you are reading any of these - You have lots of supporters!

In response to some of the Negative feedback my doctor has recieved on this site, I feel the need to say that this doctor has been one of the best I have been with in a while. I was having problems with my long time family doctor and decided to go elsewhere. I was recomended by a friend to try Dr Cruz and made an appt and have been with him ever since ( 6 years). Like all other docors, Dr Cruz has to keep a limit on how long he can be in there with us in order to see everyone scheduled but I have NEVER felt as if he was going too fast with our appointments. And about the lady that caused "Trouble", i know that if you are simply a pill seaker you will be "dropped" as a client there. They definately keep a clean practice. Dont be side tracked by angry citizens who didnt get the pain medicine they were seeking. I highly recomend Dr Cruse and will gladly defend him on here since he has been great to me and my family.

I was a patient for more than a year; truly rude office staff. The doctor spends as little time as possible assessing the patient; an appointment is more of a Q & A, with the patient having to decipher the doc's (very poor) English. If you question your treatment or cause any "trouble," you will be promptly DROPPED from the practice, with little to no notice. Advice: RUN AWAY from this practice and this doctor! Insist on better treatment, even if you must go outside of Denton to get it.
