Dr. Raul Carlos Valdescruz

This Dr. is degrading and makes inappropriate remarks and inappropriate examinations. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to him!!!!

I honestly don't know why it has taken me so long to write this review or why I never had the courage to report Dr. Raul Valdescruz. My experience during my 1st pregnancy was so traumatizing. I wanted to warn other women about this doctor. Please stay away. He might have excellent reviews but my experience with him wasn't so excellent. I remember when I was 36 weeks pregnant I left his office so traumatized. I remember going in because I was having some painful contractions and I was telling the nurse that I would like to get checked to see if I was dilated or not. She insisted that I wasn't. I told her that I would like to just make sure. She said she would ask the doctor. Please note that all my previous check up with him never hurt at all. I remember when he entered the room to check me he jammed his fingers in me so hard and started twisted his hand side to side. It hurt so much that I was clinging to the sides of the bed and had tears rolling down my face. I felt so violated and I… couldn't even speak. I was so in shock of what had just happened. He looked straight at me before walking out of the room and I will never forget the words that he said to me. He said: I bet you that this will be the last time you will ever l ask for a check up again and the nurse that was with him said absolutely nothing. They both walked out. After that I never wanted to step a foot into that office again. I couldn't have a doctor like that deliver my baby. I had a hard time finding a doctor that far along into my pregnancy but I was so lucky that I was able to switch doctors at last minute. I honestly believe that he stripped my membranes on purpose because shortly after he did this to me I delivered my daughter at 36 weeks and 5 days. I want to warn other women about this doctor. I don't think any woman deserves this type of treatment. This was such a traumatizing experience for me and wouldn't wish it on anyone. I hope people don't think I'm just trying to ruin his reputation. This is my horrible experience and wanted to share my story. I'm hoping this might give courage to other women that might have had a bad experience as well to be ok with sharing their story. Would never recommend this doctor to anyone. Please note that I ended up having a second pregnancy and never experienced anything like this and I hope I never have too.

I have never felt so at ease with my OBGYN as I do with Dr Valdescruz. He is the kindest doctor in any field that I have ever been a patient of. He's above par for sure!

I moved from Massachusetts in 04 in found Dr.V an must say he is the best never had a doctor care so much about his patients.??
