Dr. Ravi Kumar Chekka, MD

We love Dr. Ravi Chekka he is a great physician!! Takes he's time! Very polite and kind! You can tell he loves what he does! And for a first time mom he is great with explaining everything I need to know!!

I myself don't know how good Dr. Chekka is because we've never been but his staff was RUDE when I called to make an appointment. It's sad when people make a bad impression over the phone, it makes people not want this place as there children's Dr.s office! If your unhappy with your little desk position or whatever it is you do there, then by all means QUIT!

Dr. Cheka came to us highly recommended with the caveat of the front desk. We figured with a great pediatrician, we could easily overlook an inferior front desk. However, we were sadly mistaken. The front desk/receptionist I believe is Dr. Chekka's mother. She is rude, terribly disorganized, and constantly presses (EVERY TIME our son is seen there) for him to be seen by Dr. Chekka senior (whom we were told to avoid if at all possible). Our son is in a program that monitors his progress and the organization that follows him attempted multiple times to acquire information that we approved of. They were told by the receptionist that they have never seen our son and that they cannot provide any information because they do not have any. We, of course, followed up on this, and the receptionist, very rudely, said that she never ever said that and asked me to have them recontact her. Honestly with the consistent disorganization, pressure to be seen by Dr. Chekka senior and the horrible… demeanor or the receptionist, we have decided to go elsewhere. LOVE Dr. Ravi Chekka and if he ever branches from his parents, we will return to his office.

Absolutely one of the best just like his father, very thorough every time just like his father.
