Not much bedside manner. To the point and very serious. Guess that's good for some people, but I would like a friendlier demeanor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dukappati for over 4 years, maybe more. He is professional, intelligent, no nonsense and direct. If you want to be babied, find another Dr. If I didn't have complete faith and good results from my treatment for so many years, I would seek another. Dr. Dukappati interned at one of the best hospital in the country, Cleveland Clinic. Be an advocate for yourself, if you need more time or more answers, let him know. Too many people are afraid to speak up if unsatisfied because they feel intimidated in Drs offices, Communicate with Dr. and staff, and if you still are unhappy, go elsewhere.

Wonderful visit. I was apprehensive after reading some questionable reviews but I’m glad I did not listen. Dr Dukipatti was wonderful, BOTH times I saw him. He was very warm and put me immediately at ease. He has taken me in a new direction in the care of my Secondary Progressive MS and I have hope again. I’m so glad to have him on my team of caregivers.

Dr. Dukkipati diagnosed me almost 18 years ago with MS and i am grateful to him for his care and treatment. Was sad when he left the Camp Hill practice. All i can say is that i was train wreck and after loss of my whole left side and double vision and with hard work and many years of exercise and therapy you would not even know i have MS. Dr. Dukkipati got me on the right road to recovery. Thank you so much!!!

I was a patient of his for a long time until recently, 8 years I think, for MS. Aggressive without DMDs and symptomatic daily MS. In the past couple years, I've had medication refills and prior authorizations delayed longer and longer, my disease modifying therapy was delayed 3 entire months supposedly over authorization. Same med I've been on for over a year, same insurance which has never taken 3 months to approve anything. He does very abbreviated exams, watches me walk no more than 6 steps and come back, and that's it. Barely answers questions, it's like pulling teeth. He told me my last MRI, the first he'd ordered in 2 years rather than 1 which he claimed was typical, was stable but active which makes zero sense. I have no idea where I'm at with my illness at this point besides on disability which isn't the greatest point to feel on your own at. I no longer get phone calls letting me know how my MRI looked. I've tried messaging in about symptoms and have gotten suggestions to… increase medication to a dose I've already stepped down from because it wasn't working out. Then no suggestions at all. I'm not at a point with my MS or my brain, where I'm willing to mess around with 15 minute appointments twice a year, where I'm basically talking to myself. There are so many problems between his approach, MA and sometimes the staff, it stressed me out so badly on a regular basis. There are so many complaints I could write about, things that really shouldn't have happened. I'm honestly disappointed. I'm sure some patients do great with him, at one point we had an ok doctor-patient relationship, but sadly, the negative reviews aren't made up.

Dr. Dukkipati entered the appointment having reviewed a recent hospital stay that was not related to neurology. He is interested in the whole patient. Answered questions and gave very relevant information regarding our concerns.

I was very disappointed. He barely took the time to talk to me. He walked in the room, flipped through my chart and told me to continue taking medication that I didn't want to be on then dismissed himself. I was with him for all of 5 minutes on a new patient consult which typically lasts about an hour. I don't trust any doctor that can't give you their time or answer questions.
