I use to work for Dr. Alapati, he is a very caring Doctor. He Always makes time for his patients. I use to be his medical biller and collector. He treated so many patients without caring what coverage they had. His very good to elderly people. In these days, you can't find doctors like him. Other than his friend and professor Dr. Pangaluri. His very understanding, has treated my mother in law for cancer until she passed away, without insurance.

My husband has acites, and i had to get a case worker to help me to get this office to help, my husband complains that his appointment is at 9 am and he is still sitting there at 11 waiting to be seen, they are overbooking patients for the money. time to have this looked into, if your appt is at 9 your wait time should be no longer than 15 min in waiting room 10 min in office like all my other doctors, time to have this place checked out look at the complaints on yelp people !!
