Dr. Raymond Saul Basri, MD

Very helpful and patient physician. Good bedside manners. My only complaint is he limits office hours to mornings and doesn't start until 7:30am, so it is often hard to get an appointment.

I went with my mother who is an older woman, I was stunned that we spent 5 minutes in there, and the entire time he typed on his computer, facing in the other direction while speaking to her. She is hard of hearing so could not even understand what he was saying. Stunned at the lack empathy....

When you leave your reviews can you leave which office you are talking about. He has two offices now, one in Montgomery and one in Middletown so it would be helpful to know which office the review is for. I go to the Middletown Office from time to time and I am shocked that there are comments about the staff . They are always so accomodating and professional when I am there.

This Dr if you even want to call him that is nothing more than a workman's comp, disability money mill. His staff is the worst group of unprofessional individuals I have ever come across. Office looks like it doubles as a storage unit. There are so many better professional doctors around don't waste your time here.

I've been a patient of Dr. Basri for over 20 years. He's highly competent, compassionate and understanding.

I'm surprised at what people have to say , he is an amazing person and doctor , as for puting money before patents it's bull , here is a man who went to help Katrina victims , on his own dime , I also sent my daughter to him , who is a single mom with no ins , he charged her hardley anything , and helped her so much . He is a stand up guy and a volunteer fire fighter also , I trust him immensely , but he don't sugar coat stuff , if your overweight he is going to tell u , and try to get you help . fantastic !!

I will never go back to this quack. He misdiagnosised my illness and was irate when I saw someone else for my problem. He was very rude to me as well his staff is the most incompetent group I have met. They lost items and also put someone else's iformation in my chart. I am surpised he has not been sued for malpractice because in my opinion he is a very incompetent health care provider.

Was a pt. for yrs. bec. I knew he would give me a referral anytime I asked. He is all about the dollar and nothing about the patient. His staff are the worst I have ever seen--disorganized, discourteous, have to be reminded over and over and then resent it. Finally, I went to another doctor. Should have done it long ago. I honestly think he does not care except about packing them in and turnover.

Has multiple personalities, there are better choices. The office has a real negative atmosphere in general. There are much nicer Dr's and offices in the area.
