Often when you visit an ER, you wait forever, are rushed through the process when it is finally your turn, and don’t get a lot of quality time with a doctor. Our experience at St. Luke’s Community Hospital North OP location was the exact opposite. No waiting, attentive and caring team of medical staff, and the doctor was amazing. My husband and I brought in our teenager. Dr. Brovont spoke respectfully to our teen first and made sure he understood everything before confirming with us. He explained every step of the tests they conducted and what my teenager would experience before they began. What started as a very stressful trip to the ER quickly became a very positive experience. We all three commented on Dr. Brovont’s excellent bedside manner the minute we were in the car returning home. Impressed doesn’t quite do him justice!

He was working in the ER when I was brought in (Sat morning) ...... long story short, he missed a broken pelvis fracture and a broken clavicle told me I was fine.... I was alone and had no transportation to leave ..... via taxi I left the hospital only to return a day later (Sunday noon) and was received proper care and above diagnosis.
