Dr. Raymond Kovalski, MD

Who would've known I had RSV as a younger adult after being in the ER diagnosed w severe sepsis from a simple back procedure from dr dandrea and then diagnosed w hospitalized pneumonia. My body couldn't take anymore. He was quick to get all antibiotics & started working on saving my life & lungs. The damage was done and I would now need his support for the rest of my life. Grateful for for such a caring doctor. I have to drive over 2 hours to see him but it is worth it.

I would give Mr. Kovalski zero stars if possible. This arrogant and condescending man is responsible for the death of my loved one. He refused to treat my relative appropriately for COVID pneumonia. My family and I begged for different medications to be tried because this was a life or death situation. Mr. Kovalski chose death in order to keep his ego in check and to follow Tower Health’s asinine “guidelines”. I hope what I told Mr. Kovalski about him being responsible for my loved one’s death rings in his ears. He deserves no peace and to be haunted by the horrific decisions he has made for my loved one and the lives of many other.

Treated my mom for over 20 years and provided compassionate care as her dementia progressed- even after she was placed in the nursing home and was no longer his patient

Dr. Diblasio falsely diagnosed me with a few different ailments including emphysema and copd. She referred me to Dr. Kovalski . He also treated m for it. I was given inhalers and left to feel horrible since this was also what my father had and was treated by Dr. Kovalski as well. Several years later I found out after switching Drs. , that 3 out of 4 diagnosis were lies! I did not have emphysema or COPD! Very disappointed. Theresa

I really like this doctor as he listens to you and offers options based on his knowledge and experience. Always kind and compassionate.

My mother, Valerie Caggiula, was seeing this doctor for several years. She would ask about her trouble breathing and query if an xray or scan was needed but he always said no it's just your COPD. After she started losing weight rapidly last month we took her to another doctor who did a scan and found inoperable stage 4 lung cancer that could have been caught two or three years earlier if this doctor had done his job. Shame on you.

Dr. Kovalski has been my pulmonologist for over 10 years. If it wasn't for his excellent care I would have ended in the in the hospital instead of going to Paris for my 50th wedding anniversary. He even had me come in during his lunch break if no other time was available. He appears to work too hard at times. But my husband & I still have wonderful memories of a trip, thanks to this excellent physician.

I visited Dr Kovalski with my mom, who was going through an illness. She insisted I come into the consul with her, so I could ask questions and list everything she was experiencing, as she was getting up in years and wouldn’t tell or remember all the sypmtoms or experiences. He glanced at the paper I had everything written down on.. and dismissively placed it off to the side. Everytime I asked a question, he would almost ignore it, then try to talk to my mom. My mom actually at one point told him “my son asked you a question...”. Crappy manners, in this day and age of social media and ratings sites. My take on this guy is that he’s a doctor, I get it, but to act superior and arrogant is not someone who I would trust my life, or any family members life with. My mom sadly ended up passing away several years later stemming from her condition, and sure enough, he was right on the phone wanting all the details of her passing. I wanted to simply hang up on him...you could barely utter two… words to me then, now you’re playing twenty questions with me.. shameful.

When mom had hip surgery and developed deadly pneumonia, my doctor, Ray Kovalski, treated her and saved her life, after she was given the last rites of the church, he pulled her out of ICU within a couple of days....she lived many years after this. Always grateful to him.
