Dr. Raymond Gerard Pigeon, MD

Beside myself with lack of professionalism this man has. Health care provider..hardly. I was treated with such passive interest. A chronic issue occurred and his follow up was lousy. He treated me as if I was a bother and lost my test results. As a fellow employee I expected so much more. Stay away if you care about your health!

Both my husband and I have seen him for over 3 years. We agree that he provides the thoroughness with exams and discussion, he is extremely intelligent and is an very caring. The office is well-managed and efficiently run (particularly signs offering masks to those with coughs in the waiting room - thank you!) and a Quest Lab in-house. Super nice guy and but most importantly, smart differential diagnosis and evaluation.

Dr. Raymond Pigeon has been my MD for several years. In addition to being personable and compassionate he is very thorough in his testing and with diagnostic results. He knows when to be conservative with treatment and when to become more aggressive. After testing, Doctor Pigeon, himself, phones his patients with the results. That way, I can ask any followup questions to the results, at the same time! I would reccomend Dr. Raymond Pigeon to anyone looking for a wonderfully, caring MD.

Dr. Pigeon is bright, intuitive, and a good person. My daughter, husband and I feel very fortunate to have him as our physician.Years ago I had a condition which, I've since been told by other physicians, is very difficult to diagnose. Dr. Pigeon listened carefully (and patiently) to my description of my condition. He assured me that "we'd" get to the bottom of this, that he wasn't sure what was wrong and referred me to a specialist who diagnosed and treated the condition.I appreciate doctors who can say they don't know but don't give up and have the sense to refer. I now have a fine network of doctors who all work together.I feel well taken care of thanks to Dr. Pigeon.

Dr. Pigeon is not my doctor, but I experienced his awful treatment just this evening. His treatment was so horrible, that I felt the need to write my first Yelp review ever.I called my doctor's office this evening hopefully to leave a message. Instead the after hours answering service picked up. I told them my problem was not an emergency, but they insisted that they page the on-call doctor.About an hour or two later I received a very angry message from Dr. Raymond Pigeon. He told me, in a very annoyed and rude manner, that he had been trying to "sit down to dinner, and had been interrupted by my on-call page." What if I had really been in pain, or suffering? That would have been a horrible message to have received!When I had the doctor call me back, I let him know that his message was very rude, and that he should not be treating his customers, or any patients that way, nor be an on-call doctor.He told me that he "did not need my moral advice" and "he could not help me… tonight". He then, very sarcastically, said "Have a blessed night!"This doctor should have his license revoked. Clearly he is not a doctor because he wants to help people, but for some other selfish reason. DO NOT USE DR. PIGEON! A truly horrible physician...

I have never been so pleased with a primary care provider. His excellent care and bedside manner are superior to any physician I have encountered. His support staff are reliable and have your best interests in mind at every encounter. I highly recommend this physician for your internist. Thank you Dr. Pigeon et al for your excellent care.

Dr. Pigeon has been my doctor for the last 10 years and recommend him when asked. He is very thorough, listens patiently, and is very concerned. He makes you feel comfortable and has a wonderful bedside manner. He has great follow-up on blood test and any questions you may have. I never wait more than 5 minutes to get in and see him which is great since my appointments are during work time. Dr. Pigeon is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is very professional and kind-hearted. I wish more doctors were like him.

Answering service will not take messages nor is there a way to leave a message for a call backWhen I called after the office opened, the operator simply transferred into the doctor's voicemail.When I called back to make an appointment, I was transferred to the person who supposedly does this and she answered after 20 rings and then transferred me to the doctors voicemail again. I got a call back 3.5 hours later.who knew?

I trust his medical decisions more than any other doctor, specialist or GP.I have had in my 84 years.

THIS DOCTOR IS THE BEST.
