I will not even give a one star! I was sent to Dr Topp for workman's comp and his exact quote was "man quit trying to go through WC, no matter what they aren't going to pay for it. You obviously need surgery but WC will never pay for it. You need surgery so just use your personal insurance to get it done!" I said ok can you do the surgery and he said NO, I CAN ONLY PERFORM SURGERY IN GA! Really? Wtf are you doing practicing in Florida then. He's out for $$$$ that's all

Zero stars. Avoid. He's an adulterer and will try and sleep with your wife. No morality whatsoever.

I am 4 days post op for acdf surgery/ cervical 5-7. I was referred to Dr Topp by Dr Moralis for what I originally thought was a problem with my shoulder and it turned out to be herniated cervical vertebrae. From the first time I saw Dr Topp I felt very comfortable with the path we were taking towards surgery. He was very professional and answered numerous questions to my satisfaction. He is a Top Notch surgeon and I have done extremely well under his care. I feel I was truly blessed to find such a great surgeon. I had my surgery preformed at optim hospital in Reidsville Ga and they gave me the most wonderful care from beginning thru discharge. I feel I know about the care given by an Md and hospital since I am recently a retired RN with many years of experience.

Don’t bother with this doctor if you are in workman’s comp. He is 100% on the side of WC and not the patient. He will fabricate untrue info to get you dropped from WC after he has drained all the money he can. Don’t bother with this one. Go the other way.

Very discouraged of the skills and arrogance of this Doc. He doesnt answer your Questions nor does he tell you any findings on MRI. I was injured on a Job and was referred to him by his associate and expected more than what was told to me. He explained nothing and i felt like i was a welfare patient because of workmans comp. I got a copy of my own MRI and found out i have 3 herniated disc that weren't even reported to claims examiner for workmans comp. Nor was it told to me. I pray this doc. Changes and stands up to the oath he took to help the public. Maybe he will have more compassion for his patient's and not wk. For workmans comp. SAD...

Dr. Topps doesn’t care about his patients you are a number and a $ sign to him and to the comment below your right , good luck if you need to talk to him. He will never call you back and if his nurse does the answers leave you angry. The spine center will sit down with you and go over your MRI and point out everything that you have wrong . We are human beings and deserve to see what is wrong and it explained when your in so much pain. He acted like I insulted him when asked to see my MRI. I know he is probably an decent surgeon but do you want a Dr. doing surgery that has no communication skills and spends 10 minutes with you saying you can do this or this call me if you need me . I have had 3 epidurals from him and I took him my MRI from another Dr. and he never looked at them . He didn’t even have them when we did the first 2. Go to the spine center, everyone is so nice and when you leave you understand what is wrong with your back. There are more options before surgery . Also you… won’t be told your going to look different if you have surgery but could not tell me what he meant by that !!

This Doctor is such a nice guy! He will be operating on my wife in December!!

Although a wait, he is worth it. He is extremely busy because he’s the best. I’ve never been disappointed... excellent caring and professionalism

Had problems with chronic spine pain. Insurance kept denying the treatment Dr. Topp recommended. I kept fighting to get approval but Dr. Topp, before all my options were exhausted, said he would instead (maybe unnecessary) recommend surgery or I could find another Doctor.
