First and last visit to this doctor and clinic. The staff and Dr.Valencia have to bed side manner. They all acted like I was an inconvenience to be there. Dr.Valencia didn't examine me, he just read my papers from my E.R visit, told me to change my diet, per in the cup and I never seen him again. Terrible staff, terrible office, terrible doctor! I would never recommend this office or doctor to anyone!

DITTO TO EVERYTHING "UNHAPPY PATIENT" POSTED. HE IS THE WORST DOCTOR MY HUSBAND AND SON HAVE EVER SEEN. MY HUSBAND ALWAYS LEFT HIS OFFICE IN A BAD MOOD DUE TO HIS UNPROFFESSIONALISM!!!! WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE...EVVVER!!!

Making an appointment was not a problem at all, and the staff was very nice. But Dr. Valdivia was not as nice as his staff. Came into the exam room like he was in a rush and made me feel like he had more important things to do. Didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge me professionally, referred to me as "Guy". Also got a bit upset with me when I asked if eventually I could get a referral to see a specialist. I left his office very upset and unhelped. I would not recommend Dr. Valdivia to anyone, even if he was the last Doctor left on planet earth. He did not display professionlism, nor patient care, and was rude and crude. I've seen a lot of doctors in my lifetime, all around the U.S., and I'd have to say he was the worst Doctor I've ever encountered by far.
