While I will not respond publicly to any one patient's complaints, I take seriously all complaints and am disappointed there may have been miscommunications or perceived grievance. I encourage all patients to reach out and make an appointment to help address these grievances.

knows nothing about the medications she puts her patients on, and the repercussions of stopping them abruptly. she was incredibly rude. i will not be going back.

I saw this lady once before and the second time I saw her she was aggressive not listening , gave me a 5 mins speech telling me I was not a good fit when I tried to interrupt her explaining my symptoms she called me aggressive, telling me that I must absolutely have some underlining condition and not anxiety. Poor compassion, zero knowledge of anxiety disorder. Stay away.

Dr. Bindra seemed attentive and competent during my visit, but when I tried to reschedule a follow-up (requested by the doctor), I could not get a call back. I left a number of phone messages over a period of 3 weeks, also stating I needed a prescription refill. I left a message with the answering service (who took detailed information from regarding my refill), with no results. I had my pharmacy call the doctor's office - no response. When a patient is trying to maintain stable health with the support of medication, this medical "ghosting" is simply unacceptable.

I went to Riba Bindra because I was suffering with depression and anxiety. She sounded fake. Her compassion felt very fake. She spoke to me like I was a child. It was odd. She put me on meds and said I can call her if I need to see her before our next appointment. I placed several calls that went unanswered by the receptionist at the Encino location. I left several messages that went unanswered. There’ a big societal problem when people suffering from mental health issues cannot get real compassionate attention from psychiatrists. In the end, I felt this psychiatrist was in business for her self and not for the service of her patients.

I have had nothing but poor experiences with Dr Bindra. To put it bluntly, she has demonstrated more than flawed personal and professional tendencies that make me incredibly concerned that she is a practicing doctor.

Rude, and dismissive.
