Dr. Rebecca Reyes, MD

My child is almost nine now, so maybe the office environment has changed, but I am surprised to read the negative comments. Both Drs. Reyes and Papa as well as the staff helped me through a difficult pregnancy. After being told by one doctor to have an abortion due to the condition, this team worked with me, and the result was the safe delivery of a healthy child. I never had to wait in the office for hours. I never felt like Dr. Reyes was rushed. Rather, I am grateful for this staff every single day because I have a healthy child due to their care. Whenever I had a question, they were responsive. I was in the office at least once a month for nine months; so, I had quite a lot of experience there -- all generally positive.

Kind, compassionate, caring at a very stressful and difficult time for my husband and I. We now have a beautiful baby girl thanks to the loving and professional care of Dr. Reyes.

I had an appt at 2:20. I was told to arrive at 2 pm and did so. At 3:20 I was still waiting so I double checked that my name wasn't missed. She said I was next to be called back. I was called back at 3:40. 1 hour and 20 minutes after my appt time and 1 hour and 40 minutes after I was told to be there.

Terrible bedside manner. Her attitude made a difficult situation worse. I had to cross examine her to get diagnostic information.

She is harsh, abrupt, rushed, and judgmental. I won't be back to her for my next child.
