Dr. Rebecca Kolsky, MD

When I was pregnant, a dear and trusted friend referred us to Dr. Kolsky, who was luckily nearby in a clinic close to our home. We met her the day after our daughter was born. She was phenomenal. Fast forward two years later, and through all the well checks, concerns, and immunizations, her advice and support was always spot on, so when we had our son, we were thrilled to know we were in good hands with Dr. Kolsky. At one point, she was on maternity leave, so we saw her husband who also works in the same clinic, and he was equally fantastic. I’m shocked and saddened to see sub-par reviews, and as an ER nurse myself, I’m left to wonder if these reviews are from folks who have unrealistic expectations. Dr. Kolsky has been our dream pediatrician from the get-go. She answers our questions, takes her time, and is incredibly smart and qualified. Our family feels very confident in her as a provider for our two children. Highly recommend. Her entire staff,… especially her nurse, Nian, are top notch.

Seen her many times and she rushes through appointments. Disappointed

I am currently looking for a new pediatrician. I have had several visits with Dr. Kolsky, which have each felt rushed and that my concerns are not fully addressed. I have left her office seeking other medical advice as I was not confident that my kids’ issues were resolved when I left. My children have some significant health issues going on, and after my visits with Dr, Kolsky, I have left feeling defeated and not supported.

Our previous pediatrician moved and so we tried out Dr. Kolsky. Our previous pediatrician was amazing and obviously cared about the kids she worked with, as well as listened to the parents. I didn't feel respected or listened to as a parent when I met Dr. Kolsky. She dismissed a concern I had about my son as nothing and he actually had a really aggressive fungal infection that required 8 weeks of antifungal meds. Another reviewer described their experience with Dr. Kolsky as a drive-thru- that is incredibly accurate.

My two daughters have been seeing Dr. Kolsky for years now. They have always felt comfortable with her as she has a very pleasant and fun bedside manner. I know her schedule is probably busy, but I have never felt rushed, and she always takes the time with us to make sure all of our questions are answered before we leave. Recently, she had to diagnose my daughter with Type 1 diabetes, and her level of concern and compassion made me feel like she was family and sharing the blow of the news with us. But she was very professional in telling us our next steps and explained things so clearly during a time where my brain was reeling. She even called a few days later to check on her. I think she is just the best doctor to have care for your children. I feel lucky to have found her.

She's nice enough but she treats us like we are going through a drive through. Feels like she is always rushing.

Dr. Kolsky is very good with both my children. My girls like visiting with her, and even though i'm sure she's busy she takes the time to have a conversation with them and answer their questions even if it's not medically related. She is very easy to talk to, remembers us grime previous visits, and is very Genuine. I love this office.
