Fue la peor experiencia, si tienes aseguranza no te dan citas inmediatamente, debes esperar dos meses, si pagas cash entonces te atienden inmediatamente Si pides una cita llegas 15 minutos antes, y te hacen esperar dos horas, la falta de profesionalismo es evidente, te dejan esperando en un cuarto casi 1 hora, nunca mas regresaría a este lugar, no son profesionales.

Rebecca Torres is the absolute worst practice in the history of medical practice. When you have an appointment for 0900 you will not be seen until four or five hours later. You can bet on it, because every time I’ve had an appointment, I’ve waited four or five hours to be seen. On my last visit for a blood test and preopperative work, I was told by the receptionist she hadn’t even arrived yet—three wasted hours after getting there. When I reward phone call from Torres to complain, I was shocked she called me back at 1700. When I told her how awful her office was, she didn’t apologize or offered to improve. Do NOT CHOOSE THIS HORRIBLE doctor. Find a competent one. She is the worst in the history of medical practice and this is an understatement.

I am reporting her practice to proper authorities. They never answer their telephone EVER EVER EVER! The worst experience I have ever had with a medical doctor. When I complained in person they said they do answer, but as I was complaining the phone was ringing and they were not picking up, until I said, “how about that one?” Complete incompetence of their office staff!

They take for ever to assist you. The ladies at the front desk (in Lake Elsinore) are extremely rude. They don't want to help you at all. It's almost as if they expect you to read their minds. One of those ladies was laughing at angry patients who told her they had been waiting there for three hours. It was around 2:00 and the assistant told them they had to come back after three. I have never seen the doctor and there are always about four people working there. None of the ones I've seen is a doctor. Horrible to got there.

She has been one of the best DR i ever had . From now on she will be my family Dr from me and my family . Also her consultation is only $20 wich is nothing in comparison from other Dr on the inland Empire

I have been a patient for Dr. Rebecca Torres for about two years. I kept on going as needed . She and Her PH Brenda are very helpful . They were very patient with me , listen to me carefuly while I was telling them about my symptoms . They are very prepare with equipment to assist patient with lab work , it make it easy for patients by avoiding wasting their time driving to a lab office and draw blood etc. My sister also is her patient . Two weeks ago my sister who had a hip surgery was walking down the street and , Dr. Torres was driving and saw her having dificulty to walk step out of her car to help her with her bags etc , and also offer to give her a ride. Nice! I have learned a lot from Dr.Torres and Brenda. They are the best ! Il Highly recommend Dr. Rebecca Torres. Office Staff are bilingual Spanish and English wish is very helpful to both Spanish speaking patients and English speaking patients as well.

Llegue a las diez y me llamaron a la 2pm y todavia adentro en el room me dejaron dos horas mas y para acabarla llego la doctora y en menos de 5 minutos me dio la reseta y ya y me dije porque tardan tanto se hacen mensos si la doctora 5 minutos haci ddberian de sacar rapido a la gente esta PEOR QUE UN HOSPITAL en el hospital te sacan mas rapido si son buenos pero como duran, traten de ser rapidos

I can't give a review on the actual care because I've never gotten that far. I was assigned to this office by IEHP. Presumably because my last name is Garcia and this office is mostly Spanish speaking. Anyways, I called and got the recording, which was in Spanish!!! I'm not very fluent so this was a joke. No English then Spanish, just Spanish only. So then I went in the following day and every single time I started talking to the receptionist she spoke to me in Spanish! Yes, I'm Mexican, but I'm much more comfortable conversing in English (unless you are my grandma). I think its great that they are able to communicate with their Spanish speaking patients, but what about us English speakers??? And don't assume because of the color of my skin I want to be spoken to in Spanish.
