Dr. Rebecca L. Weiss-Coleman, MD

She is MD who understands nutrition. When the medical system is so full of Drs who only rely on big pharma solutions, its great to have Dr who takes insurance and understands drugs are not how the body actually heals. I am so thrilled.

I've been seeing Dr. Weiss-Coleman for three years now, and work in the medical field myself. I've been tremendously impressed with her in every way. Knowledge and professionalism are, of course, paramount -- that's what you see a doctor for. Beyond that, though, the knack for both listening and communicating are key, and she excels at both. Her ability to make patients feel at ease is exceptional. I'd recommend her without reservation to anyone who asked.

Very sweet and helpful. Always has time to listen to worries and concerns. Easy to make appointments with, and easy to talk to.

I had one visit with Dr. Weiss-Coleman and I was not satisfied with the experience. I came in for an annual physical and left with bill coded incorrectly with extra charges. She also did not fully complete my physical, yet I have additional those charges. I now need to find another doctor because she was not thorough enough on a condition I have that has become worse.

...BP & temp, ok. no palpation. have severe cough, had to twist her arm to prescribe something beyond zythromycin. doesn't understand the benefits of doing actual throat / nose cultures to obtain specificity on whether it's a bacterial, viral or fungal problem. am not impressed. it's most likely the (un-] training she received at UIMC. there should be ratings choices for, and her ratings would be efficacy * comprehension * flexibility * confidence I have * diagnostic ability * and, who's Promptness are we speaking of? the doctor's? WTH does 'spends time with me' mean???

The wait time is just plain ridiculous. I shouldn't be left alone for 45 min every time I visit the doctor between when the nurse takes my vitals and Dr. Coleman comes in. She's a fantastic doctor but maybe northshore is over booking her and that's causing the lengthy wait time. I would reccomend her as a doctor but the Lincolnwood location is extremely slow in terms of processing patients.

This women is so inconsiderate, it made me sick. I could hear her talking about my daughter while we were waiting in the room. Maybe if she stopped running her mouth she would actually run on schedule. We waited for over an hour, just for her to give us 5 min of her time.
