RUINS LIVES! If i could've given less than 1 star I would have!! Do not use this guy...He performed a spinal fusion and a kyphoplasty on me in May 2016,I called back a month later and was told he won't be seeing me anymore..No warning that he didn't do follow ups or nothing..At this point I have permanent neuropathy,and am getting prepared to have a new surgery to fix his mess and a herniated disc that a MRI found 6 months after this clowns surgeries!!

I was referred to by Conway Regional after a bad fall and a crack in my spine... They had me in a Neck Brace.. He came in looked at my scan that was done at the ER and said,I see you have had a coil in your head from a brain aneurysm...I said yes.When and where this was done he ask? Showed me the crack in my spinal column,Got up came over to me removed the neck brace,Thew it in his trash can and said,It will heal on its own eventually.. I am in so much pain.. Worst Bedside manner that I have EVER seen...

He performed a spinal fusion surgery and a kyphoplasty, after surgery neuropathy and numbness in my legs never went away then outta nowhere I tried to make appointment with him, and the desk said no it's been too long since your surgery he doesn't do continued car...so there I was in pain and he refused to see me outta nowhere, Wow!!! don't go to him even if it was for free

Dr. Gallaher is the best surgeon I have had 2 back surgeries by him and I trust him with my life

Gallager did 3 neck surgeries and 1 back surgery on me and really messed me up. Each surgery, he raced the clock to beat his time. I am in pain all the time. My advice IS to RUN as far as you can from this man.

Dr Gallaher gave a quick review of my MRI. He discounted everything on the Dr report from Conway Regional Imaging Center and arrogantly gave his opinion that nothing was there. Before I could blink he said I needed an upper MRI and another test and immediately left the room. No bye - no nothing. His nurse came in with paperwork for the tests and I asked if Dr Gallaher was coming back, since I had questions and concerns about my situation. She said no. After asking her twice if he would please come back to discuss this, he finally did. Upon return his first words where basically - I CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. This basically meant, if I had questions, he had no desire to help me. If you are looking for a Dr to treat you like an actual human, this is not the guy. I hope Conway Regional can get a replacement for this guy.

He operated on my husbands back and we were thrilled with his bedside manner and the work he done during surgery.

I had a ruptured disc in my neck, with arm numbness. I was in so much pain. As soon as I opened my eyes in the recovery room, I had instant relief. He is the best!

This man is cold hearted, and stinks at his professionalism. Arrogant

Spent only ONE minute at hospital with me after surgery. Very poor follow-up. Hard to get through to nurse or DR.

Love Dr.Gallaher but his staff is terrible! Mutliple back surgeries were preformed & i felt like we were a regular at this office. Still yet everytime we needed something appt, tests, test results, med refills, etc. I had to call and call and call to get anything done. Very uncaring and unresponsive to our needs.

During a family visit to NW AR, my wife suffered a severe 'burst' fracture to a mid-back vertebrae as a result of a 6' fall onto concrete. Thankfully, Dr. Gallaher was on call when we arrived at the Washington Regional Emergency Room.The professional care Dr.Gallaher and staff provided was state-of the-art, compassionate (he listens,responds & explains), instilled confidence regarding major surgery and eased the mental duress of suffering a life changing event/injury while 1500 miles from home. Most importantly, because of Dr.Gallaher's care, my wife is recovering beyond our expectations...Dr.Gallaher is a consummate medical professional and surgeon to whom we give our highest recommendation!!

Dr did not diagnose problem. Suggested ultra sound, took a month before they scheduled it. Had to call twice to follow up with the staff to get this done. Performed ultra sound as requested. Took over two weeks before we got results. Once again had to call to get results. Basically felt like nobody cared about the situation. Back pain never went away, just seem to get worse while waiting on what to do... Will take money and health to a doctor/staff who cares.

Excellent care and great support staff,especially Cindy Tabor, RN. Dr.Gallaher heads up a great team!
