Dr. Regan Cone, DO

My husband saw her last year for his elbow. He heard a pop and after seeing her was told it’s tendinitis. No film taken. Nothing. I sent him fir an mri only to find he had a torn tendon. Most recently he had covid and was told by the ER to follow up with her. No tele health. Nothing. Her nurse just asked questions. Go elsewhere. My husband is now going to see my primary that actually cares and does appropriate care.

I was excited to meet my new doctor today. Unbelievably, she insulted me several times within the first few minutes. The insult that made me actually cry was when she told me I had a "wrong personality." What does that even mean? She just met me! I do have a disability, I surely hope she was not referring to that! I should not leave the office crying! Doctors are supposed to help patients, not hurt us! The whole experience was very upsetting! I have been a patient at that office for many many years. My wonderful doctor retired. Now I have no doctor! I definitely would NOT recommend her...I would not want anyone to be treated the way I was! It's very upsetting!

Im so lucky to have such an Amazing Doctor and her Staff are just as awesome as she is, they are all young and up to date on their skills, they take such good care of me, I am blessed to have found them!!! Dr Regan Cone you rock!!!

You always see a physician's assistant and not her. I had high bp and nothing was said. They had no idea what rx's I had and gave me a rx I shouldn't take because of other problems. I decided I was done with Genesis period. They were however nice and polite.
