Dr. Rehana Latif, MD

I have been a patient of Doctor Latif for many years now, and have had wonderful success with her. She helped me through depression from unemployment and anxiety. Nice doctor with pleasant nature. Appointments usually on time with her new scheduling. Would recommend her to others if asked about a psychiatrist.

Two major red flags with this “Doctor” . She put my son on A.D.D. Medicine which was fine. He was in 6th grade. I told her he was a bit drowsy at night and a bit weepy ( cried one night when he wasn’t normally a crier). Right away, with no further talk, she suggested ANTIDEPRESSANTS! Red flag 2. My ex wife and I were in ugly divorce. My ex went in and told her horror stories about me which were not true, and manipulated my son to say he was not happy when at my house, in order that Dr. Latif write a letter against me to court. SHE DID IT WITHOUT EVER MEETING ME! When I caught wind and showed up with threats about her lack of professionalism, she brought my son in again, and got more to the truth, and wrote another letter in support of me, BUT, IMAGINE IF I WASNT SO WISE! Turn around now. She doesn’t even really listen to her patients. It’s just money for her. No intimacy or connection whatsoever

This "supposed" professional, had to be the most unprofessional individual I have met in the medical industry. Make sure you order your medical records to review the errors she charts.... she will actually read them to you as she is typing them into her computer....so pay attention so you can correct her. DO NOT allow her to change your questionnaire to the last column......all of the worst boxes........and certainly do not initial!!!!!! Revoke your HIPPA immediately if you signed. Do not allow her to bully you to "face your abusers".... she told me to if I didn't in her office , she will write in my file that what I shared with her never happened and i am delusional!!!!!! Don't be surprised if she's tells you she doesn't make six figures but is very good at what she does. If a psychiatrist with 30+ supposed years of experience is not making 6 figures......I think you should be questioning that.

She has Alzheimer's. Forgets everything. Every time she sees me she doesn't know who I am.

MENTAL HEALTH HERE IS A NIGHTMARE

they make so many mistakes,and give information to other people by "accident" and other people read what is private to people. She is extremely rude,and she doesn't know how to prescribe meds! she drugs kids!

Her arrogant, "I'll be the judge of that" attitude is exactly the wrong one with adolescents.

Do not go to this psychiatrist !! Her behavior is OUTRAGEOUS . After one + hours in the waiting room you will meet the most callous , scattered , rude and judge mental psychiatrist . She never knows who you are, what your issues are and what medication you are taking nor does she care. I tolerated this pill mill set- up because she accepted my insurance. She makes judgements on ethnicity , for example saying all Germans are cold and you can't expect "them" to be more than programmed robots . It's genetics. She is perpetually annoyed, irritated and makes it clear she wants you out of her office as soon as possible. I brought my son in for depression and she took an immediate dislike to him and it made quite obvious in the way she looked at and spoke to him. She talked about me and my son behind my back without my permission and accused me of " creating a Monster" . Maybe she confused him with another child because in the few minutes she met with him he was just a depressed 12… year old who needed medication. She attacked my ability as a parent which she is sadly mistaken! She is the monster and will be lucky if I don't report her to the medical board of ethics. She is truly despicable person .

Waiting time is at least 1 hour +. Staff is rude an uncaring. The doctor shares private info without consent. She posts "forbidden" notices all over the waiting room and reception. Charges for everything. Very bad for giving new meds that only make matters worse. This doctor and her sister who also works there should subjected for a deep investigation. The only purpose is money.
