Took over one hour and 45 to see the dr. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll never come here again

I took my 4 yr old to see Dr. Rafiq almost 2 months ago. My son is epileptic and needed a referral for an EEG. After almost to months of waiting, I called our insurance & was informed she had never submitted the request. When I called the dr office, she was not in but was informed the notes from his visit were not submitted, therefore the request was never made. The staff I spoke to could not provide any info as to why this happened, I was also informed that our next appointment for my sons shots had be cancelled, without any explanation. The staff I spoke to were rude and unhelpful. We will not be returning to this dr office. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Rafiq's is a great doctor. Her staff is always friendly and welcoming. They are great at following up when needed. Dr. Rafiq does not rush through your visit. She makes sure you feel comfortable with the information she provides you. I would not go anywhere else!!

We adore Dr. Rafiq and recommend her to everyone we know! She's thorough, kind, and after visiting multiple pediatricians, she was the only one to test my daughter for Celiac Disease, which led to a diagnosis (one we had been searching for, for a long while!). The office staff and nurses are very friendly and helpful, which makes every visit a positive one. Wait time can be lengthy, however we will happily wait to ensure our kids get the great care that Dr. Rafiq offers.

Dr. Rafiq is very detail oriented and makes me feel comfortable of her diagnosis because of the time spent talking to us and examining my child. Her staff is courteous and wonderful too.

Doctor Rafiq is knowledgable and a great doctor, but the only thing unpleasant about being a patient of hers was the wait time. As a busy mom of two toddlers this was challenging. The total wait time on each given appointment was over an hour.

They get you into a room quickly. You wait over an hour for the dr to enter the room. Kindergarten physicals are a nightmare. You have to pick up a lab slip get blood work and TB test done FIRST! Then you are able to make an appointment and take more time off work. It doesn't matter if your the first or last appt of the day, the wait time takes way too long.

I really like Dr. Rafiq. She has been my child's doctor for 12 years and I am so thankful for that. She is very attentive, friendly, courteous, wonderful bedside manner and too many attributes to list. :) What i really like is that when my child needed to be seen the same day, I was able to receive an appointment. Also Dr. Rafiq is very careful and proficient. I am blessed that my child has such a wonderful doctor. I would recommend Dr. Rafiq to my family and friends. She is truly a sweet, wonderful, sincere person whom i feel cares generally about her patients. There is one set back and that is the time you have to wait but it's a small price to pay to have an attentive caring doctor for my child. Thank you Dr. Rafiq for always making us feel so comfortable and like family. :)

Dr. Rafiq is informative and takes her time with each patient. She is knowledgable. One thing I did not like is they were behind in billing and sent me a bill from almost a year after the appointment. Also, if your child becomes ill, she does not have appointments available so they will tell you to take your child to an urgent care unless you want to wait about a week. Further, she charges your insurance a tremendous amount and does not write off much of the expenses to you.
