Dr. Bender was wonderful! I am the biggest baby when it comes to medical procedures. She was very understanding and helped me with my fears. All the staff in the practice were we're very pleasant and comforting as well.

This was a WONDERFUL experience!! My first colonoscopy was just flat out awesome!! Adam was great & nurse Pat was stellar! Just an overall five start service! Dr Bender has a great team! Thanks for the quality service!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bender's for probably 10 years. She is a fine clinician and I have no complaints. She is friendly, caring, and, follows up well. I have never witnessed her being anything but completely professional. I really think she saved my life a few years ago when I was feeling very poorly and she sent me for some tests that revealed a PVT. I hope she stays with the West Chester group for a long time to come. Additionally, she is an Eagles fan, so what more could this patient want!? Thank you, Dr. Bender!

This was my first visit with Dr. Bender. I explained that I’ve had severe symptoms for more than 2 months already and gave her the test results previously done. She ordered other tests, without giving me any medication. She wasn’t friendly and understanding. I felt that discussing with her my condition will make her angrier. I called in the afternoon if she can give me something to treat the symptoms in the meantime, waiting for the tests. Nobody returned my call and I had to call again, several times. Dr. Bender left a message for me to take anything out of the counter, which I could’ve done without seeing her. She didn’t pay attention to the recommendations from Emergency. Waiting for tests scheduled after a month, she left me with severe symptoms, without any relief for more than 2 months. She was incompetent and didn’t even try to help me. She never followed up, I was completely ignored. This is not the way the doctors should treat their patients.

Dr. Bender and her PA are top-notched...very professional, thorough and easy to talk to.

Still under her care, have not gotten all results back yet. I will follow up later on.
