Dr. Rekha Lall, MD

She is a lovey MD to work with I totally enjoyed her being my physician. Just got insurance again hope she will accept me back in her practice.

She can only be reached Monday-Thursday 9:30-1130 and 1:30-330. If you call any other time, you will get an answering service. You cannot leave a message for her. So if you work and can't have easy access to your phone, you will play phone tag with them for weeks. If you need a morning appointment, plan on being there for 2+ hours. She is very thorough. Which is very good... But you might go through a battery of tests spending 300+ dollars just to find out that you are perfectly healthy. I am not rich so that was not a good thing for me... I just wish I would've known how it would be before I switched to her as my primary care physician. Only 6 more months of this craziness before I can change doctors.

I have been seeing Dr. Lall for three years now. She is oustanding. Very pleasant bedside manner, very competent, very thorough. Spends as much time with me as I need; I never feel hurried or as if I am just a number. She is genuinely concerned about her patients' health. She also has a very competent and pleasant Physicians Assistant - Nancy. Admin and nursing staff are all prompt and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Rekha Lall and Auburn Primary Care.

The first visit I had with her was for a general check up and to get bloodwork done to check for abnormal Thyroid function. She said she would call if the results showed anything wrong. I never got a call. Months later and I recently had some more bloodwork done, as I was still suffering symptoms that made me believe my thyroid may be messed up. The new Dr. Checked my old blood work and found I had nearly triple the levels of THS that I should. A new appointment was set with her to get a second opinion, and despite my appointment time it was nearly an hour later that I still hadn't seen her. I left to get to a work meeting. Very unhelpful, and either lazy of has no idea of what is happening in her own practice. Her staff was nice.

I recommend Dr. Lall to anyone who is interested in her quality as a doctor. She is well taught and aware, highly efficient. No worries, her staff is great, etc. Trust her with your health--

I was diagnosed with systemic lupus about thirteen years ago. I've seen Dr. Lall numerous times in the past. There was a time I was in her office every other month, I was hospitalized every other month. She was my primary doctor. It was not until I started seeing another doctor and the other doctor recommended that I see other specialists. Then I began to get better. Doctor Lall knew I did not have good access to transportation at the time so over time she mailed a certified letter to my home stating that she would no longer see me after a certain date.
