Best doctor Ive ever had.

I had a accident on my way home from his office and the ER Dr gave me a referral at the time I had no idea the referral was a PM dr he was listed as a MD so when I went back to see him the office Manager Reba kicked me out when I tried to explain what happened it fell on deaf ears Dr R is a grate Dr .I would go back to him but due to his office manager that will never happen ....I lost my car and my Dr all in one day The only thing I can say is my back may always give me pain .I may have lost a car and a Dr but I'm still alive and it's sad he never called me to ask what happend but its ok.im getting care for my pain and life goes on

He has been my pain specialist for 10 years. Always kind, knowledgeable & listens. The only issues I have ever had is with a couple of staff members that are no longer employed here. I think it’s a real shame that most people only leave a review when they have a bad experience. This is a 5 star Doctor.

File complaint on practice. Every grievance on here is true. Run, dont walk from this place and their vile staff.

Dr. Rodrigue conducted a spinal nerve block procedure on my wife yesterday to address some severe cervical/thoracic spine issues. The procedure was successful and she has experienced complete relief from her discomfort and pain. Dr. Rodrigue is a very compassionate physician who takes the time to explain in detail the intricacies of the procedures to both my wife and myself. He exudes confidence in his abilities, but more importantly produces results. We have moved around the State of Texas in the last ten years and have have had several physicians perform spinal injection procedures on my wife, while we lived away from Dallas in the Austin, Houston and McAllen areas. None of the other physicians were able to achieve comparable results to those of Dr. Rodrigue. Whenever possible we drove back to Dallas to have Dr. Rodrigue perform the spinal injections on my wife, he consistently seems to have a uncanny ability to hit the right spot and achieve positive results. In our opinions,… he is the best of the best in his field of medicine. Thank you Dr. Rodrigue for your professional care and compassion. By relieving my wife’s pain and discomfort, you have greatly improved the quality of her life and mine as well...”HAPPY WIFE, HAPPY LIFE!”

I have had 5 and soon to have 6 spinal surgeries. Never ever abused narcotics but was kicked out for nothing more than he was feeling pressure from the D.E.A. interestingly some people are scared to fight for the right of patients. It's much easier to throw those same patients away.

No matter how well you're insured or ability to pay your portion you will be greatly offended by this Ghetto-acting clinic. The doctor uses unprovoked F-words carelessly & his staff are slime balls who are rude - esp MARIA, and DO NOT turn in unused Rx meds to them as I honestly did....the bottle was hidden behind a model of a spine on an upper shelf & I couldn't believe my eyes. They are shady & don't reply to faxes & make ALOT of Rx errors & will not make efforts to correct themselves. The asst staff are under-medicated and hopelessly rude and smart-aleck, esp to geriatric patients. You'll never be on an honest platform with anyone here so go elsewhere.

Michael Black We spoke at my first visit (we spoke for maybe 5 minutes) and he said he would just continue my current regiment from a previous doctor. They called in my prescription to the wrong pharmacy TWICE, then suddenly said they do not do prior authorization or prescription override request from insurance. He told me to just discontinue my current prescription for something lesser in dose- worst withdrawal ever! My primary doctor did request the prior authorization in his place and it was approved within 5 minutes so I could get me prescription for a month. Dr. Rodrigue blew it off saying they no longer request overrides or pre authorizations because it is time consuming. I was literally crying in his office- obviously I don’t want to be sick! The way he tremendo was so flippant and calloused, I could not believe it.

Just terrible. If you are looking for somebody to pump you full of narcotics without thinking this is your guy.
