Terrible service. This office is listed as my PCP. I went and applied as new patient they said they would contact me within 6 weeks to schedule an appointment. after 8 weeks I called to follow up and they said that they denied me due to having too many patients. They did not even have the courtesy to contact me and let me know that I was being denied. So now I have to find another PCP.

Love Mr. Rangel's caring attitude.. Dr. Vela is good too. The staff needs a lot of training in customer service tho. Very hateful front desk lady, she's very unhappy with her job.

i went to dr. vela with a serious problem...he was rude and hateful...ive since been to another dr. who was caring and considerate..ive recently discovered that i have a family member and two friends who were his patient..they left him for the same reason..they also had horrible experiences with him being rude...mean and in two cases hateful...i will not go back to him ever and i do not reccomend him

Waiting time was 2 hours.Appointment was scheduled for 11 am, the patient was examined 2 hours later, which took app. 10 minutes.The doctor and his stuff were not patient friendly, explained the long waiting that it's usual so on Mondays.... And when the patient is not satisfied, can go somewhere else. A very bad organization in the office and rudeness of the stuff and the doctor himself make the patient sure not to recommend this doctor to any other patients looking for a professional medical help and a decent human treatment.
