Dr. Renee M Krusniak, DO

Me and my entire family have been going here since basically forever. The staff, Dr K, everyone Is absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond in every aspect. I feel lucky to have such a caring doctor who always makes sure her checks are thorough and she is always so caring and concerned

I’ve been going to Dr Krusniak since I was a small child. As my teen years come to an end, I’ve found myself in search of a new doctor. My entire family has had the same issues with her; she doesn’t take you seriously. I’ve had chronic pain since I was old enough to remember but she has always pushed it aside. Many doctors later and I find out that if it would have been treated ten years ago, it would have never gotten to the point where it’s unfixable. I even have a fracture in my back that never healed properly due to the doctor refusing to look into the pain that was a result of an injury. If you’re looking for a doctor to only do check ups and physicals then you’re in the clear, but you better hope something serious doesn’t happen because it won’t get taken care of.

I find these low ratings very unfair. Sounds to me like thesemfolks think the doctor and staff should be at their disposal at all times. This office has always tried their best to help me, perhaps some of these negative reviews need to look in the mirror at their own behavior. Dr. Krusniak is a top notch family physician.

Went there for years. Got worse and worse. Doctor is snobby and unhelpful even when in severe pain and suffering from a huge abcess. Stood there crying in the office for a REFILL on antibiotic (that was prescribed a week earlier) was told NO, had to call the next morning at office opening to get an emergency appt for it. Then I was dismissed as a patient because I didnt like what they said. My daughters were allowed to still go to her however. Fast forward 7 months and my daughters social security attorney sent a request for her records. Took them 3 months to get because they dont communicate with their "records release company" they send the info and never follow up. Turns out there was a fee of 82$ for them to FAX a copy of her typed up notes... SERIOUSLY! She wasnt switching doctors... the government requested them! Then they were rude and snotty to me when I called to find out why they were taking so long to send her records. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE OFFICE AND DOCTORS

Horrible office. The doctors only care about billable hours only. Been here for years and all of a sudden they only care about money. So if they cant fit you into the schedule to bill you for something they wont help you at all. So that medicine you take every day, oops sorry, dont have any openings for your refills... suffer until we do... nope wont call it in... if u have an infection and run out of antibiotics... suffer, nope wont call in another one or fit you in unless you call when the office 1st opens for the day... go spend thousands at the ER unless you want to miss another day of work or possible lose you job, like I did, to come in to the office so they can bill you. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD AND DECENT PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR

Dr. Krusniak is a skilled and talented physician. Her personality and bedside manner ensure each patient feels "special" and will receive the best quality care. Dr. Krusniak is relentless in deciphering the root of a patients illness. She has been my physician for more than ten years and I feel confident in her competency and am fortunate she took me on as a patient. In my opinion, I could not find a better doctor. She's terrific!

I feel comfortable with her and feel that she is a knowledgeable doctor. If she can't fix me, she knows who can.

Dr. K is excellent! She is a great doctor. However it's sad how awful her staff is. Most of the time you deal with and speak with the office ladies and everytime I call they are rude and act as if it is a hassle to take your call. Although the staff is poor the doctor herself is wonderful. However I choose to go elsewhere. I don't like feeling uncomfortable when calling to make a doctors appointment.
