Dr. Rex Dale Cooley JR., DO

Dr Rex Cooley is absolutely the worst surgeon ever. He crippled me and I am now permanently disabled. He performed a total hip replacement on my right leg 4 months ago and as a result my right leg is now one and a half inches shorter than my left leg. This is presenting the worst difficulty ever as it's putting unnecessary strain on the knee on my left leg to compensate. I went and had a CT scan done where both legs were accurately measured to determine the difference in length. Also I'm still experiencing pain from the operation this late in the game. His staff is incredibly rude and they don't follow through on their promises. I hope that anyone who reads this review takes it seriously and finds themselves a different hip or knee surgeon

My wife and I both have been patients of Dr. Cooley's. We love him. He is an awesome doctor and as a person seems awesome as well.

He was dismissive of my symptoms, other medical professionals opinions, and my quality of life. Seemingly unwilling to be proactive in regards to my treatment.

Explained what he had to do on the right knee replacement repair he did for me. Original surgeon messed up. Recovery has been slow, but considering all, he thinks I’m doing well. Will keep working at it.

He replaced my right knee, and he was so good i went back for my left knee replacement! This surgeon is awesome! Friendly, great bedside manner, caring, supportive. Highly recommended!

I was very pleased with my visit, Dr. Cooley explained everything I needed to know about my hip pain. He was very nice and polite and I felt very comfortable with him.
