I have been a nurse for 40 years and both of parents have been patients of Dr. Hussain's. He is caring and compassionate. He is extremely knowledgable and shares the plan of care and why with his patients. He takes the time necessary for his patients. If you are one of Dr. Hussain's patients consider yourself in excellent hands and very lucky!

I have just heard that Dr Hussain is no longer with IMA. I am heartbroken ! He helped me more than any other Doctor has and he seemed to really care !

I have been a patient of Dr. Hussain's for over 10 years. He is caring and thorough and at all times professional. I can't imagine a better physician to handle my pulmonary issues.

If I could leave zero stars I would. What seemed like a good Dr. at first turned into an absolute nightmare. He does not listen. Overbooks appointments and is extremely rude and inconsiderate to his patients. I felt intimidated and bullied. He has no follow through with treatments and his nurse is just as bad. The poor attitude seems to flow from the top down and onto the patient. This was my experience with this doctor of which I had had many for numerous health problems. I have never been treated so poorly by any Dr., ever.

Dr. Hussain treated my late husband and now I need a pulmonologist. I was pleased that I could get an appointment with him. He listens - and he clearly explains his plan of treatment. I have friends who have been under his care and all have recommended him.

Test after test after test and still no results. At this point I'm getting suspicious. Every two weeks, I need to come back to see him and he does not have anything definitive as to what is wrong with my right lung. Always running way behind for appointments unless you are the 1st one through the door in the AM. He nearly missed completely my broncostomy (sp) except that I put my foot down and sent word to him that I would not accept him not showing up. I was in prep and waiting for over 2 hours for him to show.
