I have been a patient of DR. Reza S Naghavi for over 10 years. He is a brilliant .As an internal medicine specialist and adult primary care physician who treats the whole person ( caring for my mental well-being just as much as my physical heath) He takes time to order comprehensive tests and explain every medical condition and wellness strategy in great detail. On multiple occasions. over the past decade, (During the covid pandemic, after a car accident, multiple times in the ER, or any other emergency, Dr. Naghavi personally contacted the hospital physician to brief them on my history and coordinate my care. Monitoring my vital daily with the special devices to adjust my treatment as needed. His thoroughness and professional are truly unmatched. now I am in a steady and prefect condition better than 10 years ago. If you are looking for a doctor who combines clinical bedside expertise Hands-on approach to long-term health, Dr. Reza S Naghavi will be the best choice!

excellent clinician, after 20 years of being with his practice and two early stage cancers and one almost fully blocked coronary all caught early by him, I will never be in a rush. I owe more than my life to him. so to all who are expecting to get excellent care in being in and out, in time you will learn the difference

the office manager is rude as ever and the wait was and always is over 2 hours. if you have that kind of time then go ahead. the dr is great.

On a routine physical, it was discovered that I had thyroid cancer. Very thorough Dr.. !

Yes, the wait can be aggravating. But Dr. Naghavi is an exceptional doctor who really knows his patients inside and out. He doesn't rush to give you narcotics and works hard in intervention and awareness. Which is why it takes so long. He makes sure everyone understands every possibility to gain optimal health before he leaves you.

Been here for an hour and a half...waiting. this is normal for this office. It usually takes 2-3 hours to be out of here . The staff is unprofessional and are rude and unsympathetic if you complain about the wait time and need to run outside to feed the parking meter. Although the doctors are good here, they do suggest multiple testing and return visits in order to refill a prescription (such as an inhaler for asthma that you have been on for 20 yrs with no changes in my case) in an attempt to milk the insurance company.

Don't bother having anything done by his staff, when i talk to pharmacies around area, they all have heard of how flaky his staff is. We've waited weeks to get things done such as authorizations, referrals, etc. Better to pay the copay and just see him directly instead of deal with staff, don't know what the staff's purpose in the office is, don't know at all.

Unorganize, not focused, easily distracted and can leave office feeling frustrated, annoyed and more tired.

This office has absolutely no respect for its patients time (expect two hours minimum has been my experience), and the greed of Dr Naghavi becomes evident pretty quickly. They are most concerned with getting you to make as many appointments as possible so they can milk your insurance.
