This office is completely unprofessional! The biggest problem is the rude staff! They are inconsiderate of your time and DO NOT CARE . They are vindictive and petty when they are confronted with their own behavior, wait times are 1.5 hrs just to be roomed, another 1 hr wait time in the room , only to have to wait after the visit for lab orders etc, if they even give them to you at all. Multiple phone calls with no reply, the office staff lies. Their lack of internal effective communication is a huge disservice to the patients. They are incompetent and extremely unprofessional. And will let it be known in front of other patients that they DO not care !

When I visited Dr. Estrella I thought that Medicare would pay for my visit, but somehow it didn't. After receiving a giant bill for a 5 minute consultation, and being on permanent disability unable to pay, I called the billing department and made payment arrangements. I asked them if they would accept $100 and that I would pay that day. They accepted so the $180.00 was no longer valid. After 2 weeks I received the $80.00 remainder of the bill. I called and reminded them that the agreement was to pay only $100, which I had done. They said they didn't remember but they would honor that. I explained the situation and the balance was removed (supposedly)... Well... I have received the bill probably 4 times already. Please remove it!

This staff is incompetent. They do not follow through with booking appointments which leads to your appointment being pushed out 2 months and then they tell you that the doctor made a mistake on when she wanted to see you. Smh. Then they do not put in pharmacy orders as instructed and you have to leave a voicemail that does not get returned. I love the doctor and have been with her for almost 11 years but the staff is horrible.

i have called her office multiple times to make an appointment and I'm always told to leave a message. It has been nearly 2 months since my last message and i still haven't received a call back. I also made an appointment last year for my check up. The doctor had a "family problem" and i was told my appointment had to be cancelled. I wouldn't have been upset of i was scheduled a week later. But the next available date was 2 months later. Clearly unprofessional! Never going back.

Receptionist agreed 2hrs37min. Way to long to wait!

I've been waiting in the room for over 50 minutes do far. This is redicous! I will be finding a new doctor.

I don't like when you call you have to leave a message and it takes someone approx. 2 weeks to return the call. I don't like that it is difficult to access anyone to answer questions. I don't like that they do not communicate well as to when the office will be closed.

I FIND IT REALLY HARD TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS DR. WHEN I DO FINALLY GET AN APPOINTMENT I HAD TO WAIT ALMOST AN HOUR AT ONE TIME. DR ESTRELLA IS NICE BUT DOES NOT FOLLOW UP AS NEEDED AFTER MY VISIT. I BEEN LOOKING TO CHANGE DOCTORS I JUST DONT WANT TO RUN INTO THE SAME PROBLEM.

This office really sucks!!! The office staff are really stuck up especially now that all staff are all new. Had to wait 2 hours before she can see me for my appt., then when you're finally seen by the doctor,she's rushing to be out of that door in less than 5 mins. Very bad reputation from the doctor to the staff. I will never go back to that doctor again......

Can NEVER get an appointment with her no matter how sick I am. Pretty sad when you are better off going to Urgent Care...the wait it even better there which is even worse. She never follows up with my test results, I always have to call a million times before I can get them. She can never seem to find the root of the problem and treats only your superficial symptoms. She told me I had an enlarged liver but never gave me a follow up plan...just said, we'll keep an eye on it. That was 2 years ago and I have never had one follow up/check up on that...crazy! Luckily I am not sick that often...need to find someone better suited for my needs.
