Have known Dr Lone and his staff for over 30 years, he listens , has a conversation on whatever the problem is, never changes Med's without proper screening , his staff is fantastic and always glad to see you and remembers your name. I have no idea what happened to these other people, but from our experience , we will not change Dr's or staff.

I have known Dr Lone for over 30 years and I have no idea who this person that these other people are writing about is. I have seen Dr. Lone interact with his patients in the hospital and office setting and he is very pleasant, caring and will listen to everything you have to say. He is my personal physician and I have never had a problem with him or his staff. If you don't like the Dr. then get yourself another physician instead of bad mouthing a Dr. and his practice because you were not happy and how about putting your name where your mouth is.

DR. Lone does not listen to patients concerns. He does what he wants regardless of what his patients say. He tries to take away the meds that work and he does not read your chart fully before making his changes. I thought that is what "my chart" is all about. To keep in the Bassett Network and to have all specialists and your primary to keep on the same page. Mr. Lone you need to listen to your patients and read the patients charts in full. The office there (as well as Dr. Lone) needs to be up on patients meds refills, patients should not have to beg to get their monthly meds refilled.

They change nurse practitioners at his office too frequently and the newest one won't allow service dogs which is illegal. A medical office should understand the need for service dogs more than any other business.
