Dr. Pardo is one of the best, but you've got to suffer thru his clerical staff to get to him, and they will likely help you reconsider why you are there, as well as....do you really need to return?

Ran many many tests; iffy diagnosis. Finally decided on meds and supplied a sample — leaving the office mgr. to demonstrate it— and he never came back ! No future appmt, no explanation for using meds after sample ran out! Two weeks of phone calls with promises to return call daily. Nope! Either he’s too busy, doesn’t have a clue, or needs to fire inefficient office staff.

Very rude.

I have more than 15 yrs. experience with this physician. First with my parents and later me as patients. Dad and I shared a genetic progressive neuromuscular disease with some serious symptoms. My mom suffered from almost daily migraines. My wonderful parents could be difficult at times but he patiently worked so well with them. When he told me I had the same disease as my father he was so caring and emotional. He is constantly seeking knowledge on new treatment options,

Dr. Pardo was bot hmy parent's personal physician and he was the obsolute worst. from mis-diagnosis to not accepting responsiblitiy for his actions or recommendations, he is the saddest name in medicine I know. maybe he should have been a vet.

From the first time I met him, I could barely walk, falling, blurred vision, ridged muscles. He assured me we would get to the bottom of my problem. He is a caring physician who really cares about his patients. Diagnosed CIDP. He works with my Rheumy to coordinate treatment and now I'm walking again. He even set up his own infusion center to give better service and more convenience for his patients. I looked like a walking dead woman 2 years ago. Now I am almost back to my old self. I have a chronic condition that requires constant treatment but glad I have Dr.Pardo in my corner! If I get ill, his staff always works me in. Highest rating for Pardo. Love that guy!!!

This Dr. is an absolute joke. I have been seeing him for over 8 months. He has run a dozen tests, took a dozen blood samples done, numerous xrays and MRI's. Everytime I come in for a follow up he has a different diagnosis. He diagnosed me with everything from diabetes to shingles then he finally just gave up and sent me to a Dr. Phillip Blum, this doctor found out in 2 weeks what was wrong with me. it took 8 months for Dr. Pardo and he still doesn't know. Dr. Blum found that I have a calcified mass on the right side of my brain, a tumor in the right saide of my face extending down to my throid gland and also had spinal stenosis. i have had to wait in his office for 2 hours before he came in to see me. It took me a week to get my prescriptions refilled after contacting his office, I actually ran out of my meds and was going through withdrawal symptoms. His office staff and nurses are always preoccupied with things other than the patients medical needs. I actually asked an office worker… once if anyone ever answered a phone there and her response was "NOT REALLY".In closing I would like to say, if you are in serious need of a "Good Neurologist" go elsewhere. For 8 months the tumor in my face has been growing while Dr Pardo didn't have a clue.
